Still sometimes I forget to do it so my messages might look a bit unbalanced for some time.

Changed my profile

I redesigned it to make it look a bit less depressing so I don't give away such a bad vibe.

Will try being more mature

Being mature and not too sensitive in serious situations is crucial for a good mod, especially in a big amino and it is a thing often labeled as my biggest weakness by others.

Now let me just point out that I've always been for treating low level the same - last time JMs were being hired I basically hyped Agordian (probably was around level 10) to be one. Of course I don't mean you must promote all level 3s to Leaders, I was thinking around level 8+. So let's get to the point - I'm very glad TheGamer4,000 was promoted. For those who don't know - they are doing a really great job.
