So, I bought a new PC and logged in but all of my icons and stats were gone however, my friends list, comments and global rank stayed the same. Why did this happen and what do I do?

No. Instead, I'm just gonna re-grind my stats. A lot of people would be mad but not me. I may have lost my demon counter but at least I know that at one point in time, I managed to beat a difficult level.
