Here's a few good and fun easy demons I'd recommend beating given your skill level.
This list will be going from easiest to hardest, but all of them will be relatively easy and something anyone with a few demons under their belt should be able to beat.
Silverize by Agils
Difficulty: Easy demon
Personal Rating: 1/10 (Very Easy Demon)
Attempts: 19
Nothing much to say about the difficulty excluding it's face paced and sight-readable. No part in particular is harder than the others which gives it a nice and consistent difficulty balance. This level would be excellent for a first demon or just something in order to practice playing faster demons.
TiBuTi by DanZmeN
Difficulty: Easy Demon
Personal Rating: 1.2/10
Attempts: 38
A pretty long demon that tests your stamina the first half is relatively easy but the wave around 50% might give you some trouble if you haven't practiced much with the wave. The ending is kinda weird so make sure to practice it so you don't die there.
Glitched Dreams by Steven Ksttle
Difficulty: Easy Demon
Personal Rating: 1.8/10 (Very Easy Demon)
Attempts: 44
Despite my low attempt count this level is a good bit harder than TiBuTi, the fast pace gameplay can be overwhelming but is nothing difficult once practiced. The most difficult part is learning the level, however after that the only challenging part is the last cube, which has some awkward timings.
I'd recommend this level for getting used to the 4x speed, as it is used quite commonly.
Fire Level by Dudex
Difficulty: Easy Demon
Personal Rating: 1.9/10
Attempts: 60
A nice looking semi-long easy demon that I had a bunch of fun with. The difficulty never strays from balance until the robot at 58%, which you may need to practice if you're inept with it, as well as the last cube part.
This level is more trivial than anything, unless you want some more practice with the robot for future levels.
Oblivion Sword by Piseto
Difficulty: Hard Demon
Personal Rating: 2.3/10 (Easy Demon)
Attempts: 83
A very underrated level that is quite easy and fun. This level isn't too tough but some parts in particular might give you some trouble. Do not let the hard demon rating sway you though, it is much easier than you'd first believe. Mostly likely you'll struggle with some transitions and that one spider / wave part (58-73).
I'd recommend this level as a stepping stone for medium demons, as it does contain some harder timings than other easy demons.
Scarlet Devil by Baireswip
Difficulty: Medium Demon
Personal Rating: 2.4/10 (Easy Demon)
Attempts: 71
Despite taking me less attempts than Oblivion Sword, I believe this level is more difficult in of lone gameplay. Some of the wave and ship parts will definitely need to be practiced and will likely help you in other demons afterwards.
I recommend this level for a solid test of skill and to further your progress on demon slaying.
However if the details are an eye sore, I do not.
Dark Star by Atagron & More
Difficulty: Medium Demon
Personal Rating: 2.6/10 (Easy Demon)
Attempts: 426
One of my favorite levels and a rather easy demon that I recommend to anyone, the song is awesome and the gameplay is well varied, the only issue is that it's a little buggy, but despite beating this like two years ago on 45Hz it was a blast all the way through and guaranteed that you'll enjoy it.
I recommend this level to test how good you are at certain gameplay features. For example if you struggle with the UFO, then maybe you'll want to find a level with a harder UFO.
Demon Dawn by Experience D
Difficulty: Medium Demon
Personal Rating: 2.7/10 (Easy Demon)
Attempts: 296
A good level to help expand the limits of your memory, nothing very difficult here gameplay wise. It's all about learning the level and applying that in order to complete it.
I'd recommend this level for preparing for levels such as the demon packs as they contain a lot of memory.
Red by Pauze
Difficulty: Medium Demon
Personal Rating: 2.8/10 (Easy Demon)
Attempts: 219
A really fun level that combines aspects of fast gameplay and memory to make a decent challenge.
Similar to Glitched Dreams, I'd recommend this level for getting used to faster gameplay, and is a great level to combine the two confusing concepts of 4x speed and memory.
Boss V Devourer by Xender Game
Difficulty: Easy Demon
Personal Rating: 3/10 (Easy/Medium Demon)
Attempts: 130
If you play on a low-end device that cannot handle object heavy levels I recommend skipping this one.
To those who can however this level is a fantastic basis for learning bossfight mechanics and whatnot, it also consists of some trigger timings which you may see in some harder demons in the future.
Volcanic Rush by Manix648
Difficulty: Medium Demon
Personal Rating: 3.7/10 (Easy/Medium Demon)
Attempts: 208
This level may be difficult at first glance but it is also the best easy demon for certifying the skill to go on to medium demons.
The boss fight shouldn't be too hard after learning it, it's merely click patterns. And the wave parts will be a challenge so I recommend beating something like Space Circles or Problematic beforehand.

Those are pretty tough, maybe you're just better at the wave than other gamemodes?

ok i already did silverize tibuti fire level and scarlet devil. glitched dreams is just too fast for me and oblivion sword pretty hard and annoying
You chose and explained the levels really well, but Horizon and Horizon zero should have be on the list, good post either way
They're nice levels, however I feel Horizon's gameplay is too annoying, and the rebirth doesn't fix much

True
Fire level and tibuti are hard demons to me
Shimakaze is epic
Ah a man of culture
Can't really agree with Oblivion sword review. It's not a hard demon, but also not easy.
Good post tho

Looks can be deceiving. I've beaten this and its definitely harder than it looks.
If you wanna give out ratings, beat the level first
