What are some good Harder levels?

Basically, in my training, I have to casually beat a 7* or 6* level. What are some 7-6 star levels that truly define the difficulty, because I need it for my training, and some of the levels are either too hard to be 7*, or too easy to be 7*. Also, no Zodiac jokes.
