i really like shading and highlights. i think those are where i really *shine*!! (yeah, i'm sorry. that was bad.)
anyway, i think i might have ed the sketch wrong, 'cause this is at twice the resolution what i ed was at and still has really thick line art.
speaking of line art, i put way too much effort into this. it was supposed to be hard shaded, lol.
