Yep, peds CAN infact jack your car off the street in san andreas.
So, about 2 years ago, i was replaying through the missions of san andreas for the 38th time. I have a full notebook with my adventures of san andreas and i have marked this as 38th attempt. I had costumized my car in the mission where you first meet Cesar, and completed the mission. I kept the ride to use it to the next Cesar mission where i race and stuff, and a lowride is required.
I kept it in the garage, and when time came i got it out. I was being chase by the police, and i certaintly didnt want to lose the ride, so i went out of the car and started having some fun with cops. After that, I inputed "TURNDOWNTHEHEAT" Which turns down the wanted level.
I type that cheat code, look around, and see a ped getting into my ride with flame paintwork, and speeding away.
I made this post to warn you all, if you want to keep your car in san andreas then dont leave it. :)
