Apparently there has been an outbreak of PS5 & XBX/S GTAV Online Bans recently. Because this is the first time GTAV Story mode and GTAV Online mode have been sold separately, when players have switched to online mode from story mode, the server has treated them as a hacking threat and issued an online ban. R* has been inundated with Angry banned players, demanding their s be reinstated. R* has advised players to load straight into online mode until the matter is rectified and has promised that all accidentally banned players will have their s reinstated as soon as possible.
