LOA Journal: Day One.

Today I found out that I have lost 2 kgs this past week and I was so impress! The exercising and eating healthy is definitely paying off. Even my relatives were impressed, and have mentioned how my stomach and love handles seems to disappearing rapidly and overall, I am looking very healthy.

I am so proud of myself and I am now even more determined to lose more weight! With the help of Law of Attraction and positive thinking. I will achieve my goals.
