Frank&Hazel

Hail demigods and demigoddess, how are you? I hope you are well.

It's been a long time since I published one of my drawings, I draw every day and yet I don't publish, do you know why? My phone broke down in a corner where the button to switch the image from the tablet to the phone is right there. But anyway today I managed to get the drawing so here are Frank and Hazel.

What about Frqnk and Hazel? I know some people find their age difference strange, but it honestly doesn't make much of an impact on me. As characters they aren't exactly my favorites, I haven't bonded with them much and adding the fact that I'm halfway through the ToA saga and therefore what I know about them are only exactly four books, I find myself in a position where I like them I don't despise them, they simply exist, I know them and I don't know what else to say. What do you think about them?

What about the drawing instead?

This drawing was born thinking mainly of Hazel: it should be a family photo and since Hazel comes from another era I imagined that such a pose could come naturally to her especially because she and Frank are important figures in new Rome (from what I have got it, I still have to get to the point where they get to in ToA). So both Frank and Hazel are elegantly dressed, well-groomed and sitting in one of those armchairs that don't have a back.

As for Frank I am quite satisfied with the result even though I could have made it bigger. For Hazel, however, I realize that I have to learn to make curls, and her eyes aren't exactly the color I like.

The beam of light you see entering can be interpreted in two ways: 1) In the room in the photo there was a beam of light; 2) the photo is old and slightly yellowed and faded in some places. To you the choice.
