Since 2020, we’ve been using the same two PSA’s for disabling posts, but after a while, they’ve needed some updating, so here is our official PSA for why we disable posts that can be updated as much as needed.

Before we begin, if you haven’t already, please read the [guidelines] so we won’t have to run into this problem again.

Reason 1 :: Roleplay Requests & info

We do not allow roleplay requests in post form due to the fact that they tend to flood the feed except on Friday only. You MUST include the hashtag #RPFriday and follow all other guidelines. We have a request post pinned to the featured page as well as a request chat on the side menu for the rest of the week! Additionally, it’s fine to make a WIKI for roleplay rules and plots, but asking for roleplay in it will get it disabled. Roleplay wikis are limited to no more than 2 plot wikis plus your rp rules wiki.

OCs must be at least 18 years of age due to the shows’ contents. They must be your original idea, copying/stealing/taking inspo of other OCs/characters is strictly prohibited. You may only use someone’s oc ART with permission and credit from the owner and artist. You not use/play someone else’s character except ones you own.

Reason 2 :: Off Topic/Spam Posts

Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, and Zoophobia are considered on topic. You may post your ocs and art, but they must tie into the fandom. On Mondays only, you may post off topic content but it MUST follow the guidelines and include the hashtag #OffTopicMonday in the post.

Aesthetic wikis will not be required to be on topic (but we might ask for clarity). Attention seeking (ex “I’m leaving”) or about me posts will be considered spam. Since about me posts are off topic, we have a Welcome Challenge for you or you may use your bio.

If you wish to ask what to post (such as what to draw), please do so in question post form. You may also use our Official Art Chat for questions.

Reason 3 :: Sentence Requirements

It is required that you have 2 [full/not run-on or cut] sentences minimum in all posts besides aesthetic wikis as they will be seen as spam. Using lines instead of sentences will not count. We also ask that you try to use punctuation so we know where your sentences start and end.

Reason 4 :: Proofing & Crediting

We require proof and/or credit on all posts. If you do not give proof, how can we be sure something is yours/not stolen? It is only fair that we require it for all images posted.

If you’re looking for more, including how to proof posts, we have a great PSA for it.

Crediting can be as easy as dropping the name and social media you found the image on or linking it. You may not use art from private s as we won’t be able to check their profile for the image. Simple filler images and title/cover images won’t typically need to be proofed or credited unless the op asks for credit or you do a lot of editing to it.

Reason 5 :: ment

You may link socials you are giving credit to, but try not to link your own socials in a post. You may put your name, though. If you wish to , please get permission from a or keep it in our advertising wiki. Asking for followers counts as advertising.

Reason 6 :: Gach, Picrew, Dollify, Etc

As it is mostly considered laziness, we do not allow you to post images from apps or sites that create them for you in posts. We highly suggest using an artist for your aesthetic needs since artists put lots of time and effort into their work and deserve the appreciation!

Reason 7 :: Coin Banks & Comissions

Coin banks will be considered spam if not for commissions. You must have a post selling commissions before making a coin bank. Art, edit, and oc trades are allowed, but to credit each other and give the same effort/quality you get ;)

Amino coins are the only acceptable method to pay for Comissions. AC are easier to recover if a seller bails/scams you, and most scammers are noticeable by advertising in trade for real money. Avoid being scammed or seen as a scammer, use ac ♡

Reason 8 :: ai

Since ai has become an issue due to being known to steal from artists, editors, and writers, and is generally disliked by most community , we have banned it from our amino entirely. You may not use it for any purpose in our community.

Reason 9 :: Content Warnings & NSFW

If your content may be triggering in any way, make sure to add a warning and cover. This may include things like injury/blood, any types of abuse, suggestive content, etc. We understand that a lot of these things are in the shows, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be uncomfortable. Please think of others and respect possible triggers.

We also ask you not to post, discuss or even roleplay NSFW. Not everyone wants to see it constantly or at all. There are also minors in the community. Content may not be suggestive or sexualized and must follow TA’s 50/50 coverage/nudity rule.

Just because your post was disabled doesn’t mean you’re in trouble. Mistakes happen. We’re only here to help you understand and correct them! If we notice recurring issues, it could lead to punishment, but first offenses mean nothing!
