Bots & How to Deal with Them

Hey H&R, Ceres here. We have noticed an influx of new with bot-like names, so we figured we should make a PSA on how to deal with them, should you get a message.

If you get a message, please flag the profile and send a screenshot of the message to a staff member. You can also block the profile. If you dont know how to flag a profile, steps below.

1.) Go to their profile.

2.) Click on the three dots at the top right corner of their page.

3.) Click flag for review and select a category.

Do not worry, this will all with time. For now, if you get a message, just flag the profile and tell a staff member. Thanks!
