Stage of life? As in, infant, child, adolescent, adult, late adulthood? Dairy for one, because the lactase enzyme becomes less effective as we age, due to the decreased need for it past infancy. In other words, most people are lactose intolerant and living in denial :skull:
i am certainly one of those people.
I think if we don't adjust to these different stages of life it would definitely be extremely negative! Like disorders, conditions, deficiencies, etc
I'd say pregnancy would be a good example because you need more nutrition to the fetus's growth, plus it can become underdeveloped 🤔
Or when people grow old because their bodies can't produce and intake the vitamins as well from just normal food!
