New SILENT HILL game from Sam Barlow? 👁

"Project D████"

An unnanounced title that seemingly popped out of nowhere with a short 20-second teaser trailer. It's story is written by Sam Barlow, the game being developed by an unknown studio called Half Mermaid. It's expected to be a third-person survival horror title to be released sometime during these years. It's release date on it's official page stating: To Be Announced. Which means Project D may not be it's full title.

There's a theory, that this may actually be a secret SH title. Sam Barlow has ties with both the SH name and Annapurna Interactive. This made some believe, the mysterious Project D may be part of Annapurna's SILENT HILL Anthology, an anthology of horror games starting with NoCode's SILENT HILL: Townfall. It's speculated that the second entry in the anthology may be Half Mermaid's Project D. But again, it's all speculation. We'll have to wait for confirmation from either Konami or a reveal of some kind. Which I expect we'll get soon enough.
