I work with really young children, and I don't always expect to to be thanked for anything as I'm still learning my role. We create learning activities for children to learn basic things to help prepare them for primary school. So for my good turn I went above and beyond with planning learning activities that flowed on with the whole days lesson. My learning activity was this.

The Shape Game.

The Shape Game is where there is shapes on the floor and the children have to recognise what shape is being said and they have to go stomp on it.

Pretty simple yeah?

Well near the end of the day the other educators in the room actually asked if that they can put that into their program and if they could use it again in the future.

Of course I said yes!

Not only did my unexpected planning helped the children but it also made the educators use it for other basic learning.

Like colours, letters and numbers!

So here's my #o2ohufflepuff.

See you badgers soon!

Oh, that's amazing! I work with children as well, as a volunteer once or twice a week, but my group is pretty old, 11 to 14 year-olds, so usually we help them with homework or to study, and if they're done we just chat or play some games.
