FOTW #1

Tony here! Welcome to something I'd like to call "Fact of the week" Once a week, I or someone else within the staff will post a random fact in Marvel that you may or may not know! (Comics, animated, MCU etc.) In the end of the blog, there will be a question you can answer if you like for a chance to be featured in the next blog. Without further ado, let's roll!

Do any of you know Kiss? It was a Rock (shock rock) band formed in 1973 by four men: Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. Their band was one of the most successful in the late 70s thanks to their comic personas on stage: Starchild (Paul), The Demon (Gene), Spaceman (Ace) and Catman (Peter). If you don't recognize them you might recognize their very famous song, "Rock and Roll all Nite". Yep, that's them! Now, did you know that Marvel made a comic of them in 1977? Not only that but they fused each of their blood in the ink?! Gross but cool in my opinion.

They've had many successful comics since the first one was made. 169 issues as of 2023 infact. To think almost every one of the original band besides Gene hates comics!

Question: Do you know of any other bands/musicians in Marvel comics? If not, which one do you think would make great heros or villains?

Sorry the blog is so short but, this is my first time trying it out! What do you all think continuing something like this? If any of you have suggestions on this going forward, Dm me or any of the other mods.
