Welcome to Designer Dens, a weekly magazine dedicated to the art of den decoration. I'm Amazingness, a DD Co-Leader, and I will be your host for this week's issue.

*•Halloween •*

Halloween is just behind the corner. In honor of this spooky event, DD has created four spectacular dens for you all! We also have some fun activities incorporated, so stay tuned!

•Spottedbark•

Our first den of the day was made by the amazing Spottedbark, one of the leaders for DD. He has created an excellent haunted mansion! The exterior has multiple scattered phantom items, which you can earn from playing various adventures. Also incorporated is a worn pathway leading up to the spooky estate, surrounded by sturdy stone walls. Let's move on within the mansion, shall we?

The interior has a table, where you could relax and sip some delicious tea. Included in the indoors are bookshelves, nothing better than reading under the moonlit sky on a cozy rug!

•Hyeburt•

This next den was created by the lovely Hyeburt, who has made an underwater phantom factory! The use of the lanterns was brillant, and it turned out neatly. Overall, this den is extremely organized, and creative!

Again, the phanton items are plentiful, and complete the appearance of the den. The anchors and such seperate each of the areas, and I loved how tidy the whole den is all together, and the colors blend beautifully!

•Hyeburt•

Hyeburt is on a roll and has provided another den this week! They decided on breaking up the chain of haunted manors, and created a witch's house.

This small cottage is located deep within a thick forest, and proves to be an great hiding space to do witchy things! It has a homey feel to it, and it seems quite peaceful. Walking in you'll find many bookshelves, probably containing spell books and such. There is a fireplace as well that'll help you keep warm on chilly days, accompanied by a shelf above holding decorative items. Along with that is of course, a sleeping area for this witch to get its beauty sleep! Outside might be a place where they could study, or create mysterious recipes.

•Pugfluff•

The final den was made by Pugfluff, who has a stellar den for you all! This haunted manor has many assets to it, to an amazing train, to a cemetery, and more! Although the exterior is shocking, the interior shines just as much. With multiple floors, there is a variety of things to go over.

Such as the living room, with very pretty shades of purple. Here you could sit down and read a book, or perhaps, you'd rather drink your beverage here. Maybe even take a refreshing nap! Upstairs is not only a fancy white bedroom, but a spooky office. Here you could plan mischievous events, or plan a Halloween party at the manor. The small area at the top appears to be a storage, and an old, broken television sits up there accompanied by dusty boxes.

Welcome to the Tip Corner, where we have new tips for you every issue. This week's tip will be about taking your pace when creating dens.

When you are decorating, it is best to take your time, don't rush the den. Being in a hurry might not let you have full creativity, and you can't incorporate all of the ideas you may have had. Take your own pace to put a full effort into the den, and be proud of your work in the end.

•Makea•

The selection we have made was a den made by Makea, and you can check out the out the original post here!

Makea made a beautiful nature den, with plenty of scattered bamboo and multiple other plants! Before you enter you'll spot a small koi pond just through the bamboo, and a gazebo to the other side. Once you have entered the burrow, you should smell the beautiful aroma of the candles. What a nice place to relax! A table stands holding some tea, and seats to get comfy on. Moving on to the next room, that is decorated with vibrant pink, is another space where you could have a drink, but with nature by your side. The curved sofa gives off a pleasant feel, and the cherry blossoms added really made it shine. The next and final room of the den is surrounded by red ferns, and it has many bean bag chairs and tables, with a nice decoration of potted flowers on each and every table.
