Cut a piece of black paper:

Roll it up roll:

Cut it like this:

Make longer roll from black paper:

Ik, the zebra has stripes, but this tail has more dots, so cut dots from white paper and stick it on a roll(sorry my glue doesn't work, so I used tape, but it looks better without):

Thread a smaller roll on a larger roll:
