Hello my name is flowza I've ed aja January 2018. My favourite colour is blue. I play the violin and I do horse riding. I am multilingual I speak English and Polish. My time zone is BST in the summer but GMT in winter (UK). My birthday is September 23rd. In my spare time I like do photography and art. I hope that when I'm older I'll change something to make something better for the world. This is my second time applying for this group

Please explain the WC and what they do in your own words

WC also known as the Welcoming Commitie is an official group that welcomes new people that recently ed aja. They have a script that has a link to the guidelines and other things they need to know about aja. They also make a welcoming message so new feel welcomed to this community.

Why do you want to be a welcomer and why should we choose you?

I want to be a welcome because it is my top group I want to be in and I want to welcome new . You should choose me because I'm an active member and I always try to do my work no matter what happens.

What are some of your strengths? What are some of your flaws and how are you trying to improve them?

My strengths are that I am hard working, kind and creative my flaws are that It sometimes takes time for me to make a decision and grammar mistakes are still my flaws but I feel like my grammar has got better and I just have to check over my work.

Why is it important to have welcomers?

It's important to have welcomers because need to know what this community is and what rules we have so if they don't know the rules and they may break them and get a warning. Welcomes are also good to make new feel welcomed.

What are the rules of unofficial welcoming, and what would you do if you found someone breaking those rules?

The rules are that the welcome message canno't be over 5 sentences. It can't have any links and it can't be copied from a member of WC. I would warn the person to not do it again because it's the groups job to officially welcome .

How would you react if you got a negative reply to your welcome?

I would ask the person why they give me a negative reply and try to understand their reason.

How comfortable are you with swearing in chats?

Be honest, it won't affect your chances

I'm alright with any swearing in chats.
