1) introduce yourself!

hello! i’m sunset, and i’ve been on aja for a little bit over three years!

2) what are your opinions on comment, and post apps?

i think both have their benefits and downfalls. with comment apps, it is more likely that more people will apply because it just seems easier and like less work, but that also might lead to less reliable . with post apps, i think they’re good because you can fit a lot in them but they tend to get less applicants as usually, post applications have more questions then comment apps do.

3) which one do you prefer, and why?

i’d have to go with comment applications just because of the typical simplicity. i’ve also found that if i’m applying through post, i’ll constantly be checking the other applicants posts and comparing them to mine because of the constant notifications i may get from it that i wouldn’t nt get from a comment app.

max !

no pfp edit because amino wouldnt

work and just gave a white image-

2) what are your opinions on comment, and post apps?

I don’t really have an opinion on them because i haven’t really applied for anything here

3) which one do you prefer, and why?

I don’t prefer anything

1) introduce yourself!

hi there! i’m kingo, a leader of aja and an editor in the community. :two_hearts: 🧚‍♀🦕 :purple_heart: :sparkles:

2) what are your opinions on comment, and post apps?

i feel like both have their pros and cons. for comment applications, it’s much more convenient for applicants to apply and for the group to look through all of the applications at a glance. however, there’s a character limit so it’s difficult to split the sections apart at that stage.

on the other hand, though, for post applications, it gives the group more of an example of how the applicant may set up a post, which would be useful in case post examples are required. negatively, it takes much longer format-wise, which may lead to some applicants forgetting to post their application or spending a lot of unnecessary time on making their application look presentable.

3) which one do you prefer, and why?

to be completely honest, i think it depends on what is opening applications. for groups, i definitely prefer comments due to how easy they are to set up and to look through. for things like curator applications, i think that post applications are best because not only is there a lot of questions, which could cause an overwhelming amount of comments, but also because it’s also easier to focus on and read such an important application in post form as opposed to reading many, many comments that, after sitting down and reading for a while, get increasingly painful to read as they all start looking the same at one point when you’ve read applications for long enough.

1) introduce yourself!

Hellos! I’m sushi an artist for Aja!

2) what are your opinions on comment, and post apps?

I think both are great methods to applying for a group! I would prefer post apps more!

3) which one do you prefer, and why?

I would prefer it to be post apps so all applications can be organized and easy to access! For comment apps people can bury applications and the group leaders have to dig out the comments that want to apply.

1) introduce yourself!

hi, I’m Scarlett. Or I am betterly known as Aestheticts Aj.

2) what are your opinions on comment, and post apps?

i feel like it’s a good method. Blog Applications and Comment Applications have the same efficiency! I don’t mind doing either.

3) which one do you prefer, and why?

personally Blog Applications, because I feel that whoever sent out the Applications are more likely to read it and see it as a blog rather than a comment. That’s just me, but I feel like Blog Applications are better.

1) introduce yourself!

hello, i’m bike, and i’ve been on this amino for over 3 and a half years!

2) what are your opinions on comment, and post apps?

i think comment applications get to the questions faster, while blogs usually have covers and aesthetics. comments also work better for groups that aren’t in high demand since comments take less time and effort. they both work well, though.

3) which one do you prefer, and why?

i prefer blogs. they allow people to show creativity and effort better. but if a group doesn’t get many applicants, i think comments are better. it depends on the group, but i prefer making blogs.
