JUC’s First Official Magazine

To kick off the Animal Jam updated, we have a new bundle! This bundle is called the “Start a Band Bundle”. You can purchase this bundle in the diamond shop for 40 diamonds. It includes a crystal palace den, royal red panda, various music items, and a bus!

Next, is the addition of the rainbow raccoon! You can find this in the diamond shop for ten diamonds. When standing still there is a rainbow circle surrounding the animal!

Not in the mood to log onto Play Wild to see the update? No worries! The Jamaa Journal on Animal Jam has started announcing AJPW updates. This announcement includes the arrival of hippos and a new game!

Along with the arrival of the rainbow raccoons, llamas have returned to Jamaa! Get yours today at the diamond shop for ten diamonds.

We’re finishing up this update with some new pets! Three pets have been added to the eggstravaganza pets. Those are the sparrow, cardinal, and frilled lizard.

This AJPW update is full of interesting new additions. First off, we have the arrival of hippos and the Rowdy Hippo Bundle! They are available for 150 sapphires in the Sapphire Shop or for 250 sapphires in the bundle. The bundle has two sets, the Beautiful Set and the Basketball Set, in it.

Next up is the new game, Masterblocks. The concept is simple; you create 3D pixel art using small cubes. Then, you have the option to make your artwork into an actual den item for 50 sapphires. Non can make up to 10 custom items into real den items and can make up to 20.

The Summer Carnival is back! This event lasts the whole season and has remained relatively unchanged since last year.

Pack runs have switched and you can now play Ladybug Roundup. The app icon has also changed to an arctic wolf with safari gear.

Finally, this is some old news, but it’s still pretty cool. In honor of National Dinosaur Day, which was on June 1, dinosaur themed items were released in the game.

The newest update is pretty cool i guess, but honestly most of them are expected (summer carnival, pack sets, etc.) I think the hippos are pretty cool, but also random. along with the pride raccoons i think those are cool as well! The pixel art den item maker drives me insane, and they disapproved my art and only gave me back 25 diamonds instead of 50. (kinda rude but it’s all good :sob: ). But i mean i guess it’s epic but 50 diamonds is kinda expensive, especially if they only refund u half the amount. :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage:

My opinion on the AJPW update is that it’s pretty cool! Masterblocks is cool, but hard to use at first. The hippos are fat and the bundle isn’t that cool except for the basketball part (I’m probably bias :flushed: ). The Summer Carnival is the same as the last year, along with the Pack Run. Overall, this update is a 7/10 for me.

Stormbreaker

The “migration” from “classic” animal jam to regular animal jam aka pw is honestly horrible imo. They are just abandoning “classic” and moving on to the regular aj. They practically don’t even give classic any good updates anymore. all the updates on classic are just rereleasing last years stuff OR building on to already existing items/animals. when I went on pw to check on a friend since they didn’t play classic, I was shocked to see that “pw” had ORIGINAL ideas an updates.
