Today, on October First, 2018, is the beginning of my journey. Today I was selected as a curator.

I honestly didn't know this would happen. There were many amazing applications, I didn't really think I stood a chance for a while. It's just an app, don't be too disappointed, I told myself. But I had waited with anticipation, and hope, that I would get in.

What happened? I got in.

I had just gotten back from feeding in the barn when I flopped onto my bed and got out my phone to have a few minutes on AJA. My theme didn't load before I clicked on it, so I didn't even see the results post.

I always check my chats First, and the first one I see is Gums congratulating me and giving me the chat room link. Then for the next half hour I drown in chats and notifications of lovely people giving their congrats.

I want to thank you all so much. When I got my first feature for Onju, it gave me a huge boost in confidence and inspired me to keep doing what I love. When I got into the KC, it inspired me to apply for groups I wanted to be in.

AJA has helped me grow over the past year. It has let me meet amazing people, see what, LGBQ+ really is, and spread positivity. All, of course, having fun.
