I know it’s a American holiday but today’s thanksgiving and I am wondering what if Japan had a thanksgiving, would the turkey be just sushi or noodles or a type of a Japanese bird , hmmm or maybe just turkey in general and sushi can be one of the dishes

Once, when I visited Tokyo Disney during Autumn, there were a few food stalls that was selling turkey legs. Wish I had taken a picture of it.
