As much as we allow creativity in our community, especially with public chats, there are requirements that still need to be followed while creating a public chat.
All public chats MUST have at least 4 rules!
While our staff team is more understanding, we still need to make sure that all chats have at least 4 rules. This is to avoid clutter and spam.
Chat Inactivity.

Yes, we disable chats after 4 weeks of inactivity.
Our staff team is required to message the host of an inactive chat after disabling it.
While we love to see chats being created, we have a 4 week deadline to keep it active. This is to avoid clutter.
We do understand that disabling a roleplay chat can be upsetting, so if you wish to keep it enabled, you must keep it active. If it gets disabled and you wish to bring it back with guaranteed activity, you may message a leader with the link of your disabled roleplay chat, and we will re-enable it. After it is re-enabled, you have a 48-hour deadline to bring back activity. Otherwise, it will be disabled once again.
!! If you delete the chat after it has been disabled, staff CANNOT re-enable it !!
Once it is deleted, it is permanently gone, and our staff cannot re-enable it again. That is beyond our control.
