Empathy:

She can sense emotions, and use them against others. Different emotions have different effects. As an example, for a regular attack, anger gives her ground-breaking strength. Sadness grants her the ability to summon a substance similar to water. Fear creates little wisps of flame.

She can also apply these emotions to herself, and enhance her "stats." As an example, fear allows her to be very quick on her feet, or maybe deliver punches at almost bullet-like speeds.

•Moreover, should she be fighting with (As in they're on the same side) somebody she considers a friend, she's bound to feel more positive emotions (which as a majority are stronger)

•Immune to being Pink-Corrupted.

•While she preforms better in semi-crowded areas in combat, Cupid has social anxiety and can have panic attacks if in a very crowded place for too long, especially if she's managed to draw attention to herself.

•She's very naive, and generally hates others feeling negative emotions, even if it's supposed to be her enemy. There are some exceptions, however.

•Being born Corrupted, she only has corrupt energy, contrary to the Pures who have been corrupt (mostly corrupted, still some pure energy tho).

As such, when she s anything related to the Tree of Life, it burns her, and even attempts to boil her alive. Painfully.

Cupid is a quiet, and somewhat meek, Polygon. She tries her best to help anyone, and is genuinely kind. She can be very shy at first, however. She IS afraid to snark off to you, but will do so anyways.

If she manages to warm up to you, she's definitely much more open socially. Heck, sometimes she even works up the courage to tease you from time to time. She also doesn't hide her emotions as much as she would with strangers, because she feels more secure about how "weak" she really is around those she's close to.

Ever since she was young, Cupid was meant for only one thing: battle. "To serve the king," her father always told her. And she only wanted to make him happy, so that's what she did. She fought...and fought...and f ou g h t.

She didn't even have the benefit of growing up in a decent place. The Marshes were full of True-Corrupts like her, outcasted from normal Pink society. Instead, they have to live in a barely-habitable swamp, constantly plagued by extreme temperatures during summer and winter, as well as sicknesses and famines. As a result, her, and all the other children around her, grew up malnourished. Most children didn't make it to ten years old. She did, however, at the cost of her size.

During the First Corruption (AKA the game's events), Cupid was about 8, and still going by Gale. Despite the warnings, she managed to befriend some Pures. And of course, a very certain you-know-who managed to kill her best friend, Spades. Gale blamed herself for not being able to save him, and ended up preferring to go by Cupid instead of her real name, as to not remind herself of that day's events.

She wasn't herself after that day.

The once bubbly Gale found herself snapping at those she was the closest to. At anyone who attempted to make a conversation attempt, really. Guess that stage of grief does a number on you, huh?

But she has made a realization.

Because of the First Corruption, Cupid realized that Blixer had to go; or maybe it was the True-Corrupts that had to go and get escape his rule?

Either way, how could a runt go up against the KING?
