hello hello :3 i did not plan to write a blog

today actually, but then i saw a tweet talking

about alexa's anniversary and who am i to

not celebrate this special day? especially

since she's one of my top idols like i HAVE

to. i actually planned to go through the

eras but it ended up being more of an

appreciation so I'll just call it that, but it's

actually more of a mix of both idek

exactly two years ago alexa released the wonderful and very powerful track 'bomb' and officially ed the kpop industry after having some survival show experience and releasing another pre-debut song. bomb was her official start and i couldn't be more proud of her. i checking it out pretty early and i was impressed! most of the female artists i knew were either cute or girl-crush or rnb, so i was amazed to see a female artist and on top of that a soloist bring out so much energy and power to release such an edm hip-hop track if i may call it that. her style really reminded me of b.a.p just from the vibes and all, but I'll get into that in my next paragraph. so i really liked her debut and also the music video. it reminded me of a video game i was playing a lot during this time which is called 'detroit : become human' which is about android robots turning into humans basically. it had a similar concept and that really caught my attention. especially the beginning really reminded me of one part of the game where an android gets thrown away on some kind of dumpster with many other and that's the place where he becomes human. the mv felt like alexa was another one of those androids becoming human and that's just so cool, especially for me who would play this game often during this time. anyways, she stayed on my mind and i listened to bomb quite some times, but that was already all whoops

⊹ so then around a month after her debut she released a cover performance of b.a.p's debut song 'warrior' and you can't even imagine how excited i was for that. not only do i just really love this whole concept, but b.a.p was always one of my top groups and i barely ever saw someone covering them. and now my queen alexa just came and perfomed this? and she did so well? this performance was more than enough reason for me to stan her even more! i was so happy and proud and to this day i still come back to this performance every once in a while. even while writing this blog i rewatched it and let me tell you, it's still that good!! i can't believe she really did that wow! like warrior isn't the hardest, dance wise, but it's not easy to make it look good. trust me, as a baby i felt like it was my responsibility to try and learn all the dances and i look so dumb doing most of them dkdndjd. but well, alexa has this energy which makes the dance look amazing when she performs it! i will always be thankful for this performance since it was the one that really made me decide that i will 100% alexa!

⊱ so a few months later she released a.i trooper just shortly before her do or die comeback and wow the choreography!! her energy truly is immaculate and since her fandom name is a.i trooper as well i see this as our fandom anthem! so, then do or die came and i was ready! all her music so far has been so good and unique and just amazing, so i just knew do or die wouldn't disappoint - and it didn't. in alexa we trust. she just got better and better and i know i already mentioned it a few times in this blog but i love those powerful concepts like b.a.p haven't been in my top five most listened artists ever since probably 2016 for no reason. they're so good and having alexa with this kind of concept will always blow my mind she's just that good! imagine being so talented you can capture a huge venue all by yourself - alexa can relate! i mean, of course there are many very very talented soloists, but i just love the energy of alexa performances. the power this woman holds mwah. but also, the do or die music video and actually many of hers just look like a whole movie so it's really enjoyable to see. it's always a whole journey in like 4 minutes

⇾ well, moving on we have villain and revolution and of course some wonderful side tracks, but I'm too lazy to go into detail so let me just appreciate how she keeps eating this concept! like the villain choreography and the visuals mwah and the revolution mv!?!? what kind of action movie is this and where can i watch it? i am so in love with her music videos aaa she really looks like some cool action fighter and I'm here for it. a little later we then alexa released a winter track called 'never let you go' and HELLO!?!? this track is so underrated i barely see anyone talking about it but like it's so different from her usual stuff. it's pretty vocal heavy and a refreshing change from her hard and powerful dance tracks. the mv is fairly simple with her walking through the snow and all and it's just a wonderful winter track we all love. and we finally got to hear more of her clear voice so it's a win for us all<3 then we already reached her latest track where she did a whole 360° turn (idk how to write this but you know what i mean). xtra is a fun and upbeat track and the whole mv is really colourful as well as alexas pretty pink hair <3 honestly at first i was a little shocked and not sure what to think of this song since it's really really different from her usual stuff. but after giving it a proper chance i found myself really enjoying the track and it's actually so fun! like the lyrics are fun and all in all she song just makes me happy

so this kind of concludes her title tracks from debut until today so let me properly appreciate her talent and personality now! i mean i don't really think i need to talk about her dancing a lot, because honestly i think everyone who has ever seen any video of her dancing will agree that she knows what she's doing and she's doing it very well! i especially love how powerful her dancing is, but also how she can do so much more. sometimes she posts dance medleys and she slays them all! i would also like to mention how her profile says that she's only 152cm tall, because i never thought she was this little when i was watching her videos. she makes her moves very big and full of power, so i was really surprised when i first found out she's so tiny. furthermore she's also an amazing rapper, which she sometimes shows off slightly in her songs. and of course she's an amazing vocal. you might not be too amazed by her if you listen to her 'usual' stuff, but i think if you listen to songs such as never let you go or when she covers songs for example on the ground by rosé! she has such a pretty singing voice i hope we get to hear even more of that in the future!<3

personality wise alexa is simply hilarious!! she got raised in america so she kinda has this american humour if i can call it that. idk she is just funny and i think it's even funnier for me because i understand her without subtitles dmnsjs. like sometimes in her lives she will read pick up lines or say some on her own or she will talk about trends or jokes that are going around and it makes me feel like we're friends somehow. she talks to her fans as if they were her besties and that's so precious to me!<3 but of course she's not just funny but also really sweet and cute. she knows when she has to be serious and stop the jokes and she will sometimes give some good advice. on twitter too, she sometimes will just go there and talk to her fans and i am loving this so much even tho i never try to communicate with her. she's just amazing and i ire her. moreover my girl is just so random sometimes it makes me crack up. honestly alexa is just an amazing person and her personality in addition with her immense talent makes her just perfect in my eyes. and that's why i would have ulted her already if i wasn't such a coward whoops. maybe one day, but until then i will her and hopefully talk about her more because alexa is like the bestest girl and i love love love her so much<3
