Apparently he wanted to change his name to his birth name gyeongbok again to honor his grandfather who ed away since he was the one who gave him this name. But his parents didn't want him to change his name back again and so he changed it to Seoham instead.
At least that's what I've heard, I'm not 100% sure if it's true.
The other still call him Seungjun though because they find it weird calling him Seoham sjksk
I mean he said he legally changed his name. And he changed his Instagram and everything so yeah I think it’s legit
