welcome to my blog!

we are thrilled to announce a new round of BC (Birthday Committee) applications, in order to recruit more people for our team! we also want to remind everyone that BC also has a helping system, more details for both aspects are in this blog!

firstly, we would like to recruit new team to help with writing letters for idols, plus posting and making covers or collages from time to time.

member tasks:

- write letters

- make covers (voluntarily)

- make collages (voluntarily)

- post (around every 6 weeks)

- choose the idols you want to write for

requirements to the team:

- be 13 years or older

we highly encourage everyone who wants to to try it out! you don't need to be perfect, we aren't either! as long as you meet the age requirement, are responsible and can write decent paragraphs in english, you are a good choice <3

(you can also look at our older blogs if you'd like to have some idea of how we write! basically we try to introduce the idol and their skills a little and then talk about them from a personal perspective <3)

if we get 10 good applications we would accept 10 people, so don't be scared to apply! we'd love to have you on the team <3

you want to the team, but you fear you might be too busy to contribute regularly? no problem! BC Team has launched official helpers!

what do helpers do? we have a chat for helpers in which bc leaders or send lists of so called "leftovers" in the second half of the week. those are idols that nobody chose during choosing, but idols that are active and that should be written about (eg. felix from stray kids was a leftover for last week [week 278]). you have the possibility to pick any and as many leftovers as you want and write a decent paragraph. you will be sending your finished sections into a chat where we collect all our sections.

helper tasks:

- help with leftovers

- optionally help with covers & collages

the team has a small rule, that states that per a specific amount of leftovers taken or when having made covers, the person gets to reserve an idol (or more) for the next month. helpers also have the option to get reserves or even participate in choosing once, if they work very well and do many works. helpers can also get promoted to official team !

how to become a helper: in order to become a helper you need to pm either me and provide us the following info:

1) alias, pronouns and age

2) a writing sample

(the writing sample doesn't need to be connected to a birthday blog or letter, it is only important for us to know that you can form solid sentences in english. this sample can be anything as long as it has at least 4-5 decent sentences / around 8-10 lines)
