Hello. This is SUGA.

I feel very heavy and sorry to come to

you all with something disappointing.

After I drank during dinner last night, I

went home on an e-scooter. I violat-

ed road traffic   laws without realising

that it’s illegal to use an e-scooter afte-

r drinking. I fell by myself whilst putting

the e-scooter away at the front of my

house, and there was a police officer n-

earby so I took a breathalyser test a-

nd lost my license and received a fin-

e. No people or facilities were dama-

ged, it is inexcusable and my respons-

ibility, so I   bow down whilst apolog-

ising to everyone.

I apologise to everyone who was hurt b-

y my careless and wrong behaviour, I

will be more careful with my actions so

this does not happen in the future.
