hello everyone! i haven’t made a post on this

community since 2018, and suddenly i felt

very inspired to make an update. i first -

ed this app through my love for girls’ genera

-tion. unfortunately, I got into the group in

2015, so I didn’t get much time to see my

favorite group actively promote much. when

i first came to amino 3rd gen groups were

extremely popular, however i just couldn’t

find myself loving any of them as much as i

did with girls’ generation.    by 2019, I was

completely bored of k-pop.   don’t get me

wrong I was listening to k-pop music but I

felt like I didn’t feel ionate about it as

when I first got into it.

but then november 17th, 2020 happened…

November 17th, 2020, the world was introduced

to the   beloved aespa.    Black Mamba zapped a

spark right back inside of me. Suddenly I was

taken back to 2015 when I stumbled across girls’

generation. My life was once again consumed by

a kpop group. The ion i lost so many years

ago hit me like a truck.

here are 5 reasons why I love aespa so much (if i write down all the reasons why I love aespa the blog would simply be too long).

O1. Karina, Giselle, Winter and Ningning

O2. The group is so well rounded. they can sing so well, and I mean the whole group can sing. If aespa didn’t all debut in the same group, they could easily be main vocalist/lead vocalist in other girl groups. They dance (when given a good choreography). There visuals and stage presense is so good.

O3. Their music is so uniquely them. aespa doesn’t release anything with the sense to follow certain popular trends. they release music that revolves around their brand. They embrace the uniqueness of their sound, and stick to it regardless of negative opinions. Simply aespa’s releases are never boring.

O4. Their friendship. For those who watch aespa’s reality shows and youtube vlogs, you can tell they geniunely love each other. Their sisterhood shines and makes you feel envious of their bond. Despite all of their personalities being different, they all suit each other so well.

O5. Aespacore - their cosmic, y3k aesthetic. Also their lore that ties in with Kwangya. The story is so unique and captivating. I am a little said they haven’t made an update on the episodes in like 2 years, but I have hope they S2 will start soon! This is my version of the marvel universe.
