Kingdom Series - Mujin

Finally this thing is done, I'm still wondering why I chose this outfit with the horribly patterned coat (in the sense of horrible to draw, I actually love the outfit). I'm actually really happy with how it turned out despite all the headaches it gave me. I had to adjust a pose from seonghwa, adjust those spell papers to work with his name and think of a background, which was more difficult than I expected. There's less silver than I would've wanted, but I couldn't think of any other good places to use it in.

As explanation for the different elements: Mujin is based on Jimmu/Jinmu, a Japanese king that I tbh know next to nothing about. His realm is the kingdom of cherry blossoms, which is also what's written there in hangul. The gate was also used in the mv, so I kinda used that as the frame that I like doing with these drawings. The cloth in the background is taken from the ones the used in the performance video, I'm still sad they didn't use them for any actual performances. Sadly that also dictated the colour, so the cherry blossoms blend in more than I'd like.

Like I said I really like how it turned out overall though. I hope Jahan goes a bit quicker, but I have to make a whole new outfit for him, as the official ones are kinda boring imo, so I doubt I'll get it done very soon.
