we're trying to keep the team running, so the idea of talking about our favourite cravity eras or albums seemed very interesting. it's exciting, even though deciding on what to talk about was quite difficult. i realized that i mainly like their title tracks by saying that i'm focusing on their more charismatic releases and the bsides that they promote. therefore, picking albums was a challenge. i had to go back to the albums again once i decided on the eras to have more content to share with everyone. anyway, i ended up picking 'break all the rules' and 'gas pedal'. that means the 'hideout: who we are - season one' and 'the awakening: written in the stars' album. plus their debut era and a very unique one which i've always loved.

starting with 'break all the rules'. honestly, i don't when i first found cravity. like if it was right before their debut or with their debut. i feel like it's after they've debuted and i saw 'break all the rules' everywhere. i did know a few before because of produce, like hyeongjun who has always been one of my favourites. so, i seriously have no clue about my journey with these boys. however, i do know that this as a debut remains powerful. it's a concept made for me. as mentioned in the beginning, i'm so here for upbeat and intense songs. i love charismatic songs that scream power. listening to this is extremely empowering. it's a song that i love so much. it does so well as a title track in general, but even more as a debut song. it's so memorable and fun. it shows their skills in all the various ways. for example the heavenly light vocals, their unique voice tones and the rapping?? everyone finds a way to shine. it might be recognizable stable vocals, their singing style, their flow or a memorable line. whatever it is, they made sure to deliver. like everyone just stands out in their own ways and makes sure to shine. plus they gave us 'jumper'. i don't the album at all, but this is one of the best bsides. maybe, i say that because it's produced by my man joohoney, but it sounds so incredible. it follows the same energy and ion as the title track, so i'm absolutely here for it. listening to this song is so addictive. i love everything about this. the other bsides are definitely good, but not my cup of tea, as you can guess. i don't even the names or styles of the songs. that's kind of sad, but anyway cravity gave us a mind-blowing debut. therefore, let me talk about the concept and visuals for 'break all the rules'. this era is so stunning. i how it made me scream the first time i've watched the mv. it's so pleasing to watch. i mean the boys all look so gorgeous. this styling suits them all in their unique ways. plus the settings and transitions in this mv are so well done. this is so interesting to watch. the set-ups, colour choices and lighting are captivating to witness. it all fits so well together while the different styling is used as a highlight. it's a beautiful play with colours and effects. i have so much fun watching this. it's simply impressive.

moving onto 'gaspedal'. i love their energetic and charismatic songs. they're so fun to listen to. this never deserved the hate that it got just like 'my turn'. both songs are such gems. both songs are so unique. i love the racer concept to both of them. however, as much as i love 'my turn', i feel like talking about 'gas pedal'. that era is breathtaking. cravity as racers hits different. they all look so pretty. this makes them add so much more confidence to their appearance. this intensifies their charisma so much. i'm so in love. listening to this song is addictive. i mean this is less upbeat than might expected, but the confidence that thisbshares is insane. whenever i listen to this, i feel so charismatic. i like the sensual touch to this. plus the build-ups in this song are so good. i love how this song flows, especially because the melody sounds very unique and the chorus is so fun to sing along to. i also love their vocals amd rapping in this. the vocals sound so pretty while the power in everyone's voice is incredible. the rap parts hit different as well. i can't get over them. allen and serim didn't come to play. plus the bside that they've promoted for this was 'veni vidi vici'. that's yet another amazing song. the chic and elegant concept to this is leaving me speechless. i love listening to this while the performances are so intriguing to watch. i don't the other bsides, but yeah they once again did very good. plus the mv is so impressive. it looks so creative and stunning. it makes them all shine so much. the visuals are one of a kind. i truly love the concept of this and how everyone looks so charming. this era is untouchable. the mv also serves as a visually pleasing experience for everyone. the way it's filmed is so beautiful. next to that, i love the futuric concept to this. the gaming, racing and science aesthetic combined looks so intriguing. i love the lighting in this mv a lot. it makes this so captivating to watch. the settings are so cool. i love the transitions and effects so much. everything coming together makes this look so interesting. it's so pleasing to the eye. they did amazingly with this.

Ah, it's been so long since our last blog as a team, I am really happy to be writing a section for the #teamcravity yet again. So my favourite era?? I never thought about it since i think that Cravity’s every era is the best, whether i liked the entire album or not, the title tracks always compensate for me.

first i wanted to cheat my way through this and say that the Hideout trilogy is my fav era hehe.. but that wouldn’t really  be as fun as actually putting myself into the struggle yet delight of going through Cravity’s discography in  just an hour or two. After a few plays and replays i realized that we are indeed staying in the “ hideout” zone! Things already getting easier aren’t they. I finally ended up with choosing Hideout: the new day we step into - season 2. ( i’m not sure what are these long titles for but you go babes!)

So about this era. It was the second EP they released, just a few months after their debut. ( They debuted in April of 2020 and this comeback was in August of the same year.) So basically we are talking about freshly debuted Cravity here. This makes them one of my most loved groups since debut. Catching everyone’s attention with “Break all the rules” and “Cloud 9”, they raised their own plank but managed  not to  disappoint with their comeback which was the era i am talking about. This era the title track was “Flame” , a captivating and intriguing piece that won my heart from first listen. I was so obsessed back in the day it was crazy man. I falling asleep with my earphones plugged in, then i  would wake up in the middle of the night and would hear Flame playing in my ears because i left it on repeat… It was also one of the first choreographies i got interested in learning which makes Cravity and this song especially, precious and important to me! Everything about it was so cool, as per usual for Cravity!

All Cravity titles are dope, im not gonna start this conversation, i would rather switch my attention on the b-sides now,  by mentioning, my all time  fav probably, Cravity b-side, which is “Realize”. Something about this song caught me off guard when i first heard it. I had no idea what’s it about but tears rushed to escape my eyes while this song was playing. Something so disturbingly comforting. One of those songs that could push me to make a deal with the devil just to experience it all over again. Love it a lot i have no words. This makes me realize (haha) that this EP might be more precious to me than i give it credit.

Except for Realize, there is also the legendary “Ooh Ahh” and a song that i happened to fall in love with while writing this section which is “Breathing” . Being a picky person when it comes to slow songs/ ballads, makes me appreciate my slow and sweet songs even more. Breathing is so touching and Woobin’s voice made it slide smoothly into my heart.

I didn't want to bring up fashion and looks for this section, since i really believe there is not such era that would stand out to me visually. They are always looking their best and iconic, no matter when where and why, so it's pretty hard to say that this era is also my fav when it comes to the aesthetic. Gorgeous men always gorgeous or whatever. - Lar 2023.

With this quote comes to an end my quite short section :pensive: im disappointed i couldn't write more but im also happy that as a whole this blog is just an appreciation for the three Hideout seasons MuHAHAH. I won at the end :smirk_cat: stan cravity.
