Welcome to the next blog by the rankers. We

rank monthly all the comebacks that were

released in 4 different categories. We rank

them by our and other opinions but still in a

objective way,feel free to comment your fave

of this month. This month we had some hot

comebacks which deserve more love. I hope

     5. Blackpink - kill this love

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     I listened to " Kill this love " so many times

     already , I know it all by heart. This was a

     comeback I really enjoyed.Well,some people

     might have not liked the trumpets included

     in the song but I feel like everything was just

     right. The song is started by the trumpets

     and then Jennie has her solo rap part. I like

     how she had a pretty unique part by saying

     the last words of her verse high pitched, just

     like Jisoo. After Jennie's part there we have

     Lisa's solo rap part which was probably my

     favourite. Her flow is just amazing. Chaesoo

     part next; Chaeyoung's part was really really

     powerful and Jisoo's was smooth but with

     the high pitched tone I mentioned earlier.

     Then the chorus . After the chorus it was

     both rappers' English rap part, pretty great

     & addictive, if you ask me. Then, Jisoo and

     Chae change parts. The ending of the song

     is all in English and ends pretty powerful. A

     great comeback overall !! They really imp-

     roved since their last comeback and I am

     proud. :heart:

     4. Xiwon - click click

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     Did I know this song before Rankers ? - No!

     Was I skeptical ( as always )? YES. Did I like

     it? I LOVED IT. The song is incredibly catchy,

     with an awesone beat. But what really won

     me over was the unique beat drop! I am a

     huge fan of any kind of music that has more

     unique , easily   recognisable music / drops

     & click click HAS JUST THAT !! The flutes(?)

     which sound during the drop makes it stand

     out really well.The unique rhythm, combined

     with Xiwon's godly voice makes for a catchy

     masterpiece! It has a very badass, yet some-

     how sweet vibe to it, which also really caters

     to my taste. This song is simply amazing

     & quickly became one of my all-time favour-

     ites.

     3. Camila - take me home

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     A catchy beat, some sweet vocals , comb-

     ined with heaps of talent & originality. That

     is what "Take Me Home" presents us. With a

     sensual & also elegant concept, camila are

     absolutely killing it with this song. In spite of

     the overall theme they've going on, the song

     itself sounds at first innocent, almost bord-

     ering cute at the beginning, but that's quickly

     thrown at the window, as it progresses. The

     lyrics are are a clever play of cat and mouse,

     going back and forth between love and hate.

     If there's one thing that really stands out, it's

     Camila's set of godly voices ! If you are into

     sensual masterpieces with so strong vocals

     and a catchy " Killing me softly " which per-

     sonally won me over immediately then "Take

     Me Home" is most definitely the song for

     you~

     2. Girlcrush - memories

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     This song   is   placed   second as   it has a

     beautiful beat and angelic voices. This song

     has a sexy & somehow pure vibe. In the first

     second you hear the enjoyable and relaxing

     beat. Then you hear the first voice which I

     clear & singing in a whispering sTYLE. Each

     line gets a bit stronger until the refrain but

     maintain a soft voice. Then there comes the

     captivating part in a sexy whispering style.

     In the refrain the beat gets faster and their

     clear voices unite and mix with the beat. It

     gives you a vibe to dance to the beat. They

     use on clever parts a stronger voice & com-

     bined it with outstanding short rap parts. All

     their   voices    have   different   charms   and

     harmonize well as they're really warm. I can

     really recommend this   song as   it has   a

     lovely vibe and you will get blessed by their

     deverse voices :two_hearts:

     1. Izone - violeta

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     So... I have to it that I watched PD48 but

     just could not get into the group, & the same

     went for their prior releases (La Vie En Rose

     sorta grew on me, sorta). This song still isn't

     my favorite, but I think it is an improvement

     in many ways. Its mixing is very delicate, yet

     trendy, which I think is an excellent way to

     sum up this group in two words as well, so

     they nailed it from that perspective! :wink: But

     the song; how to describe it? It's got a deli-

     ghtfully tinny sound to it as if the girls are

     bells, if that makes sense. The way it rises &

     falls to switch between all of their parts is

     very pleasant, too. Well done overall. ^^

     5. Pink fantasy shy - 12 o'clock

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     This is like, so cute ?? :flushed: :two_hearts: When it opens,

     you may go ( " cause this was my reaction" ),

     "Oh, okay, Cinderella!" But then the bunny! Jk

     is it actually Wonderland ? Then the famous,

     dramatic   orchestral   music ( " I forget the

     composer atm oops!") comes on, and you're

     like " What's going on? " But then it does not

     matter because the actual MV starts lol. The

     set has very soft lighting and a fun, quaint

     theater - like backdrop ! ! The dresses they

     wear all have a poofy petticoat, and while

     normally I might think   that aspect   could

     come   off / too / childish ( " which is my

     reaction to cute concepts in general tbh") for

     some reason, I really love their looks here. It

     adds quite a bit to   their sparkly   fairytale

     world . In short , I am very impressed that

     they totally won me over! :O

     4. Izone - violeta

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     Okay, so this music video has such a strong

     aesthetic going on.To begin with, FLOWERS

     The flowers evident through out make for a

     beautiful spring aesthetic,which fits with the

     concept of the song perfectly !! The entire

     music video is a huge play of light & refle-

     ction, using shadows created by thin mate-

     rials , different   types of prism , diamonds

     glass & reflective surfaces to create ghastly

     effects. Said effects make the video appear

     alluring , yed oddly sweet. The occasional

     monochrome shots , along   with   the light

     -shadow play makes for a beautiful warm

     cool contrast, which shows the essence of

     spring. The video is simplistic in aesthetic

     but the simpler, the better.

     3. Leebada - 1,2,3,4,5

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     What a music video ! Beginning with a 360°

     shot of the city night sky , then instantly

     switching to the dazzling lights of the mod-

     ernized city, this really is quite an amazing

     video! It gives off really strong urban vibes,

     which are both cozy yet somehow distant.

     With a slight vintage feel, the video switches

     from imagery of old rustic cities, as if having

     come out of a crime drama in the 90s, to

     modernized metropolies, with their dazzling

     lights and expensive appearance. Also, the

     use of red flowers, which contrasts the two

     settings, is an amazing addition. The clever

     use of the style switch fits perfectly with the

     chill, urban vibe of the song itself.

     2. Hot place - tmi

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     OML is this MV one of the best things I've

     seen lately . :joy:   Nothing like having some

     good ol' fun catching them cheaters! They

     even run around the   set of a drama that I

     filming atm and it's super hilarious to watch!

     Badkiz have successfully rebranded them-

     selves as funny and bad*** (sorry , I do not

     swear , but you get me ! ) ladies here ! Their

     main outfits ( the red & black combos ) are a

     fabulous mix of a grungey-girl crush hybrid

     imo, which only serves to elevate their fierce

     & empowering message that ya gotta drop

     duplicitous guys. Like bye ! :wave: I highly reco-

     mmend looking it up if you have not seen it

     yet. You won't regret!

     ≡ Jungle

     1. Bol4 - star over me

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     The music video totally suits the first line of

     the song, as long as it starts - 'it feels like a

     dream'. The whole scenery is so beautiful

     and scenic and the girls look fabulous with

     their colourful tropical summer get ups and

     Jiyoung totally killed the blonde and orange

     hair. Its a dreamy mv, full of great emoji and

     cartoon pop up lines , that looks nice and

     different.The ferris wheel looks dope both in

     the day and night view. It's not a too much

     complicated music video,but it gives a fresh

     feeling and happy vibes. The song compli-

     ments the scene well.

     5. Girlcrush - memories

     On the fith place is a well deserved gg who

     improved   their dancing skills . They were

     lacking on some points before but now they

     have become skill full without any mistakes.

     Firstly ; I adore sexy concept by girl groups

     & thank God a new sexy girl group appeared.

     Their name is girl crush which fit truly so

      perfectly !! They have awaken some stellar  

      vibes in me. They use their full space, they

     combinate elegant moves on the floor with

     smooth movements while standing. Even if

     they are just four they've created

     many creative transitions & have awesome

     movements as a team. I really love how their

     combinations of sexy moves with elegant &

      stronger ones. They strain every muscle in

     their body and know their body & moves so

      well. There is nothing better in this world

     than a confident and sexy choreo ! :two_hearts:

     4. Camila - take me home

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     Welcome to the next girl group with a sexy

     and fantastic choreo. They create a magical

     feeling since the beginning even if they are

     just three . Compared to girl crush

     they used more powerful movements. I love

     their hand work; it's smooth & elegant. Their

     moves are really detailed & controlled. They

     create ing movements which are

     elegant & sexy. Also after the second refrain

     they also use the floor and create a sexy and

     charismatic feeling. They show their great

     leg work & precise hand movements. I love

     how detailed they are and how much control

     they put in every single move. They are still

     relaxed in their hips so they create smooth

     movements. Also the end pose is elegant

     & just on top. They did a great job & owned

     the sexy and smooth concept ! :revolving_hearts:

     3. Izone - violeta

     this dance is one of my favourite dances of

     the month, if not my favourite. first off it is a

     wholeass BOP ok, the song itself is really

     catchy & unique, and adding a easy looking

     yet actually complex dance to it made it so

     much better ! in my opinion, the best part of

     the choreo is the obviously at the break — it

     just fits in SO WELL oh my god it’s abso-

     lutely perfect plus it is sUPER pleasing to

     watch. and the intro part where they do the

     mad synchronised arm lift thing is also sooo

     satisfying. omg ok ; also can we just appre-

     ciate that they danced in heels like yes go

     queens.

     ≡ Gonisaurus

     2. Hot place - tmi

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     I have put this choreography on the second

     place and this style is so cool but still a bit

     simple.They're one of the groups who chose

     an old concept and I love it. The start is

     already stunning & they are real girl crushs

     They do different poses in a row and start

     with some powerful moves. As the beat is

     fast & really dynamic ; their moves are really

     difficult and powerful. They play with some

     sexy movements & also use their beautiful

     curves. Even if they have fast and strong

     moves they mastered to include great tran-

     sitions. The moves   are   also unique   and

     creative which I love so much. They have

     some smooth   movements but also robot

     like moves. The choreo is amazing & needs

     more attention ! :revolving_hearts:

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     I choose this choreography to be on the first

     place because it   has so many clever and

     unique elements. You get captivated by her

     charismatic   style & strong movements to

     the powerful beat. She combined sexy and

     cool moves with powerful and sharp ones

     Her song has a fast; dynamic beat but still

     with a lot dynamic changes. So her moves

     changes smoothly to every beat change and

     is always on the exact beat. Xiwon has a lot

     fast and   powerful   movements which she

     masters with a lot Elegance. She used clever

     and unique moves with makes the choreo so

     special. I especially love the refrain , where

     she first makes a gun with her charismatic

     face and at the start of the beat she makes

     a heart and gets a cute but still cool facial

     expression. As she has a unique beat her

     dance also is but you can feel the power.

     She even has a special part where she just

     dances with a male dancer & then she gets

     all her energy and slays again the stage. It is

     really worth to watch! :revolving_hearts:

     5. Mia - dear

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     I knew that I am gonna love this song by the

     first time I saw the title. This song starts

     with the dulcet melody of a guitar, which is

     short after accompanied   by a piano. Her

     voice is kind of airy, I would say. I don't know

     how to describe it. But I like it, she has an

     unique tone.She sings softly the whole song

     from time to time having a little higher note.

     Before Penomeco starts singing , you can

     hear the instrumental and Mia vocalizing, an

     angelic part. The song keeps chill the whole

     time, nothing powerful; but the simplicity is

     iring. I feel like Mia's and Penomeco's

     voices blend pretty well together. Overall, I

     loved this song so much. It is just my type. A

     masterpiece, for me, really.

     4. Hi lite sign

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     This is literally the first time that I've heard

     about this group but, yet I am already sub-

     consciously moving to the groove due to all

     the lit lyrics and beats of the song. There are

     literally no breaks in between all the raps

     between the and the rhythm of the

     song is just incredible ! What I absolutely

     love about this song is due to the sick back-

     drop beats of it as it really brings the mood

     of the song to another level. This if you’re in

     a mood for a slightly more low yet groove

     beat kind of khh music, I strongly advice that

     you give this a go cause who knows, you

     might just fall in love with it too just like we

     do.

     3. Midnight - swish part 2

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     There is a Part.1 ("as you probably imagined

     lol"), so check it out here.

     Anyway ! Okay , okay , if anyone knows me

     they know khh is soo not my style. However,

     I wanted to challenge myself this time arou-

     nd, so let's talk about this song. :)

     I love myself an empowered woman with a

     unique, deep voice, but TWO? And what is

     that? There are English subtitles to boot?!

     Oh hold up now. :hand:

      ittedly, they got into a bit of hot water

     with BP & (G)I-DLE fans over this track, but

     tbh, based on the lyrics, I do not think it is

     enough to say " OMG, they are totally dissing

     them ! " I actually think it is a critique on the

     idol system in general, especially from the

     perspective of ( former ) women trainees. I

     imagine they created this especially as 3/5

     of the original already left ( Part.1

     their debut,I believe, was released only about

     a month ago) due to the hate, so maybe they

     wanted to follow up on that issue. Idk. But

     anyway, I quite like it! It's got a certain flair &

     flow, & of course I enjoy a good social mes-

     sage. I especially like the "BCD" parts. I think

     they are clever !! I hope they get past this

     backlash to   show us   different sides as I

     think they show promise.

     2. Leebada - 1,2,3,4,5

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     Have   you ever have those little moments

     when you immediately knew that you will

     like a song just after listening to it for a

     couple of seconds cause I certainly just did

     after listening to this song that is sang by

     leebada cause it’s just that lit. From the sick

     jazzy backdrop of this song to the aesthetic

     colour combination and props in the music

     video, it just helps to bring this song to ano-

     ther new level. Not only is her vocal lovely,

     it’s also rather smoothing to the ears. Hence

     even if you are someone that is not a huge

     fan or you are just generally someone that

     have never listen to any khh genres kind of

     songs , I highly suggest that you give this

     song a try cause you will definitely not regret

     it one bit.

     1. Kisum - say hi

     ≡ ʟɪsᴛᴇɴ ʜᴇʀᴇ

     I've no prior experience with Kisum, though

     I've for sure heard of her before now. So this

     was a really interesting experience for sure! I

     rather like this song as it's not full rap.Rather

     it has a laid-back, less in-your-face style that

     actually borders some-what on   singing at

      points out. Seeing as how rap/hip-hop is not

     usually my thing, I really enjoy this meld of

     sing-rapping. It really bridges the gap for me,

     and if you're like me, you might like this one,

     too. Be open-minded & give it a listen. You

     never know. That being said, unfortunately,

     it's also less than 3 min. What a shame !! I

     hope to see more of her work in the future

     because this   track was quite   a pleasure

     surprise for me, and I loved reviewing it! ^^
