hey so it's pretty expensive but if you use flower gift korea you can send gifts to idols :) i've done it with mu from epex! you can do the orders through the website from anywhere in the world i believe. and if you have questions or concerns you can email them (they speak english) and they will respond quickly. not all companies accept idol gifts but most do
