Me personally I think once he’s done making the games I think he’ll retire for good because the man is a legend and he’s made more money he could possibly imagine so he never has to work again if he doesn’t want to so I think he’s earned it

Regardless of him not working on games after retirement, but because most of his life has in the gaming industry. I think he will still be involved in it to a certain extent.
I hope so there’s certainly no Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy without him
