Some techniques are already pretty self-explanatory just by their name, hence, 'Acting as if' so I'm not going to include those

[DISCLAIMER: You don't need to do any of these methods to get results, you could just be visualising and you will still get results; these are just some ways that you could speed up the process of your results]

Anyway, let's get into the post...

Manifestation Methods:

"Two Cup Method"~

1)You will need 2 cups or glasses for this, doesnt matter what kind; they don't have to match.

2)Fill 1 glass with about an ounce of water and leave the other one empty

3)Take 2 piece of paper and write your current state and your desired state.

Example: [Stressed] [Relaxed]

4)Using tape stick the current state onto the water filled glass and the desired state onto the empty one.

5)Pour the water in the empty glass labeled with your preferred outcome.

6)Take a moment to consider how you would feel if that second word accurately reflected your state. How would it feel? Good?

7)Drink the water, feeling grateful for the new outcome.

8)Throw the labels in the trash and wash or discard the glasses.

9)Then just forget about it

"5x55 'challenge'"~

1)Come up with a sentence that sums up what you want. Be specific and write in the form as if you already have it.

2)For 5 days write down your sentence 55 on a piece of paper

3) [Optional] You can use candles, Crystals, ect.

4)Give thanks at the end of your list or/and be specific in what time period its going to manifest.

For example: Love and gratitude, thank you, thank you, thank you! Starting NOW!

5)Fully trust that this is going to happen.

6)After the 5 days are over, let go.

"17 Second Rule"~

1) Before starting you must be in a positive mindspace. Maybe by recalling a good memory or feeling.

2)Set a timer

3)Now choose something you really want to manifest. Focus on that one thing you really, really want.

4)You should feel even better while thinking about your desire as if you already have it.

[Bonus:] When your timer goes off, you’re going to now set it for 51 seconds. You’re going to summon up the happy feeling again, and start with your initial desire, and then let that thought get more detailed and more powerful for the rest of the 51 seconds.

Once your timer goes off, that’s it – you’ve set in motion a manifestation, and it is officially on its way to you.

"Glass Of water"~

[AKA Water Charging~]

1) You will need a glass of water, a piece of paper and a pen.

2) Write the date and your desire on the piece of paper

3) Place the glass of water ontop of the paper

4) Rub your hands together until it starts to feel really warm.

5) Then just palms your hands around the glass and meditate about the desire you wrote on the piece of paper and visulise in as much detail as you can.

6)Drink the water within the next 30 minutes

"Tapping The Wisdom Of Your Future Self"~

1)Give yourself quiet time when you will not be interrupted. Ten minutes is a good minimum, and 30 minutes is usually more than enough.

2)Say aloud or write down:  “I intend to use this sacred time to communicate with my future self and receive its guidance about ___________” [your desired solution].

3)Close your eyes and ask your future self to be with you. Know that when you ask it is given: your future self always s you when you ask it to.

4)Rather than asking your future self for the specifics of how and when something got resolved, ask to receive the feeling of the  now-resolved situation. Example: instead of asking “how and when when did I finally get out of debt?” ask “what is it like when I’m free from debt?”

5)Then allow yourself to quietly accept and bask in the positive feelings your future self is broadcasting to you. Know that the positive energy you experience is your soul’s authentic energy.

If you are feeling negative you are not connected to your future self

"Focus Wheel"~

1)Draw or your focus wheel

2)First write down on a piece of paper your negative vibration statement

Example: I don't want to feel ugly and insacure

3)Now that you know what you don’t want, translate it into its opposite to create your positive manifesting statement.

I want to feel confident and beautiful

Write this down below your negative statement.

It isn’t going to feel completely true to you just yet — it may even feel uncomfortable or make you feel like you have more doubts — but that’s totally natural. Just go with it.

The important thing is that it translates what you want to feel.

4)Write the gist of the positive statement in the middle of the wheel

5)Focus on the words in the center and see if you can find any feelings related to those desires that you find to be true.

The key is to translate a positive feeling into a positive statement. Write it down in one of the 12 sections, and move on to the next one.

6)Start slow and small. Think of anything that’s even remotely related that you know to be true and that you can feel good about.

7) Build on each statement, translate your positive feelings into positive statements and write them down in each section of the wheel.

8)It’s going to be slow moving at first, but the more positive statements you create and put down, the easier it will become. The first few are going to be the hardest, so don’t get frustrated when they take a little time.

9)As you move on thorough the wheel your motivation will build

10) Eventually, by the time you get to the 12th section of the wheel, you will feel overcome with positive feelings and confidence.

11)Now that you’ve reached the end of the wheel, take a look back at the statement in the center. Notice how much closer you are to resonating with the truth of those words.

I love the 2cup method I messed up and used it too often, like 2x a week. But one thing I've heard that with the 2 cup method, some people report small details changing like the names of family/friends. Anyone experience this?

You only do the 2 cup method once, once you've done it act as if youre in the reality you want to switch to where you have what you're trying to attract. Concentrate on the feeling of the shift, your manifestation coming closer, as you pour the water from your current reality to your desired reality. You may or may not start to notice minor differences in your life, some may be so insignificant you may not even notice, after you do this. This is completely normal, it's a sign that you are switching from what you have now to that desire, don't worry if this doesnt happen it doesn't determine your manifestation.
