So essentially the idea of this is to create an alter ego of yourself that has everything you want and often daydream (easiest for us delulu girlies) of being that person to a point where you actually become them. You can do so many things, make your insecurities their best traits, your flaws their virtues, ALONG with your virtues as their virtues and make them have the ability to manifest easy as breathing and then ask and receive <3
But do NOT think of them as too different from what you are and an unachievable daydream. Because that's not what they are. They're you.

That's not Marilyn Monroe method it's the alter ego effect. The way you explained in regard to the alter ego is the alter ego effect a version of yourself unlike your current self. You wanna embody the qualities you want to see in yourself to manifest everything in your life. It has little bit of connection with identity shift it's a manifestation method which is far more powerful. Because the identity is about self and beyond it is spirit. When you change your identity you become 2.0 or greatest version of yourself and doing this you manifest everything.
