The two cup method

Hello everyone! So basically, I’m going to introduce you guys to this cool method called the two cup method! Some of you may know what it is and others may not, but here I’m going to explain it to those of you who don’t know or don’t fully understand what this method is. There also seems to be quite a few different versions of this method but here is my version of it!

           -What is the two cup method?-

The two cup method is another manifestation technique that you use in order to manifest your desires. It can also help speed up your subliminal results because you’re basically shifting to the reality where you have what you desire and you’ll also be visualising your desire in this method too which is a bonus!

This method requires two cups, sticky notes and water! This can work with anything! However, please know that you can only manifest one desire at a time for example, only write one desire on your desired situation note!

            -How does this method work?-

The method works by having water in both of the cups and having one sticky note on each cup but first you need to write in words ‘Your current situation’ onto one sticky note, and then on the other, you’ll need to write in words ‘your desired situation’ and then write your desire onto this note. For example, it can be manifesting a good job. Put the sticky notes onto the cups.

Once you’ve done all of these things, visualise your current situation as it is right now and what your life is like right now. I recommend doing this for a good minute or so but after you’ve visualised how your life is currently, put the water from your current situation cup into the desired cup, focus on the shifting of the water as it changes cups.

Now after you’ve done this, visualise your desired situation and feel the joy and gratitude that you get when you think about this desire. Give thanks to the universe (acting as if)

for manifesting your desire and then simply drink the water and then you’re done!

Now all you have to do is let go of your desire and then the results will come to you when you least expect it! Also, you can get rid of the sticky notes once you’ve done the method!
