Like he'd be staring and looking away quickly but I dont know if i could count that as a sign
I know that he had feelings for me 2 weeks ago but im not sure if they faded away or hes just trying to make it less obvious
The universe keeps giving me signs that he loves me but hes not doing it himslef?

You could just ask him if he still likes you. Or just focus on yourself until he makes a move towards you. In my opinion, its not a good idea to rely on the universe for an answer to that. But good luck!
Its giving me signs that he doesnt want to rush and that hes trying to gather more information about me. Maybe im just over thinking.
It sounds like a sign to me, just give him and the Universe time :blush:
