Whether it be a member in your amino who disagrees with what you say, or someone in an amino who is a troll, we ALL deal with rude from time to time. So, how do we handle them?

Rude can pop up when trolls , when someone disagrees with your rules, or even just because someone is having a bad day.
For trolls, I recommend you ban immediately. Most trolls start lots of problems, and they do it for fun. : Just because someone appears to be trolling with 1 comment/post/etc doesn't mean they're a troll. The majority of trolls will cause multiple problems just for kicks. Then, when you get onto them they flip out and are extremely rude and/or hateful. Trolls are usually rude when punished, and may keep returning.
For rule breakers, this can vary. If they're breaking TA's Rules, ban immediately. If they're breaking your rules, this can vary. For off topic posts/comments/etc. I recommend striking or warning first, depending on the offense. This, will of course, upset or anger the rule breaker. They will probably protest whatever your response was, and may even use an alternative if they were banned. They may make a rant post about it, or they may message you directly. Just to keep calm and handle the situation maturely.
For normal who might just be having a bad day, I recommend properly handling them, depending on how they are acting. Most aren't nice when they're in a bad mood, but there are limits. If they simply snap at you, your team, or another member, don't ban them right away. That's power abuse, especially if they didn't break any rules. If they made a rant post/comment/etc. then disable it, and strike if needed. If they bully, hate, etc. then a strike, or a ban is in place. Make sure to stay calm throughout the entire situation.

In other communities, you may commonly encounter trolls and people who are in a bad mood. This can happen often, depending on the size of the community.
The first thing you need to do for people who are in a bad mood is stay calm. Getting angry or extremely defensive won't help the situation any. When responding to a comment/message remain calm and reply if you wish. If the member truly upsets you or bothers you, there is a block button. If you don't want to block, you can ignore the message or help calm the person down.
For trolls, you start the same way. Stay calm. Getting angry or extremely defensive won't help the situation any. Once you've confirmed that the person who's being rude is a troll, report them to a Leader or Curator so the situation can be handled properly. If necessary, flag the post/comment that the troll made.

Heh I've been dealing with a Spam artist/harassment and fake s for almost 2 weeks
I have given 3 strikes and a temporary ban to this one rude member for breaking multiple rules in my amino. Obviously they were pissed off and stuff, but got over it after a while. When I used to own another amino, I was told I do not handle things calmly due to my “attitude” and “maturity”. However, those leaders absolutely forced me to step down, retire and leave the amino. A while later, I ed the amino again and apologized to them, but a couple of the staff blocked me!! I was so pissed off then.

For rude for the most part I’m pretty civil but if I’m tired/annoyed/just in a bad mood sometimes I match their energy but more ive aggressive. It doesn’t always come to that though
This is so ironic considering we had an incident today where a member protested against our spam rule, got striked and made another
why the hell would they protest against spamming? do they not know that spamming can actually crash people's apps and cause lag to community or chats?? :^l

I dunno, but they got really feisty. We’ve had a lot of trouble lately with them.
