I’ve noticed a TON of people, specifically android s, asking where the home button has gone. The home button would take you to the latest page instantly, but has since been removed. So, let me explain why to stop all the further confusion!

All that’s happened is your Amino App has updated on your android device and it has disappeared. BirdUp has explained that currently Android is going through navigation testing and several features have been either removed or changed, this including the ‘home button.’

So, don’t panic! Your app isn’t glitching out or anything like that. The feature was simply removed. Whether this feature or something similar will return isn’t known at the moment, but be patient and keep your eye out for future updates for Amino on your android device. I hope this short explanation helped out!

Ace Detective

Manually updated today and the confusion this has caused me omg. I thought I was going crazy because I was sure I always went to the homepage by the left side . And then I couldn't figure out ways of getting back to it as quickly and easily as I did before. Now I have the featured feed on the navigation with an alias of "Home" and whilst it technically serves me just as well because I never bothered with the left or right scroll, it's still annoying as hell. And god knows what it looks like for ios s. They may well have two home buttons atm.

Seriously, of all features to get rid of, why the main navigational tool?? Who came up with that?
