New s, Banned s: Question / Discussion

This is my first post on Leader Amino, so hopefully my question makes sense.

There's a I've known across several Aminos who over the last few weeks has been superbanned three times by TA, made new s then come back. He has psychosis, and from what we're aware he has breakdowns in various Aminos and chats when he's having a rough time.

He's a sweet kid who doesn't mean harm, but I it his breakdowns are disruptive, and I don't feel anyone was in the wrong for flagging him to be removed by TA, and I am in of their decision to remove him. I fully believe that they are justified.

My question is this:

Is it against Amino policy to allow a to be in your Amino whom you know was banned previously?

Another Leader on a different Amino told him that TA could get their Amino in trouble for letting him stay, because they know he was someone they banned. Is this true?

If it's not policy, would you still ban or flag him, or report him to TA?

Our Leadership team has been torn on him for actual months. Many of us are very understanding of mental health issues, and it hurts to punish someone who neds help, but we're a small community and cannot babysit him 24/7 like he needs us to. And we know he's on several other Aminos, so we aren't the only ones handling him.

Your thoughts? Is there a TA rule against having previously banned s in your Amino?
