Posting Issues. . . Help :(

I’m here again, with another question relating to my Community, so we just hit a 100 member mark and I’m ecstatic and couldn’t be happier.

Now here’s my problem, I hate coming off as mean, and I also hate if people think I’m being judgmental, rude, or anything that’s not nice especially while being a leader, but I need to tell my to post things.

I didn’t want it to come to this point where I have to beg my to post something it seems a little pushy to me, but I really need them to post, I was planning on asking everyone in the group chat but idk, I don’t want them to think differently of me and think all I care about is the number of post and such. I want them to feel comfortable and happy.

I have 100+ but it feels like I only have about 20 with the amount of post, they hardly even participate in the communities Challenges. And that in a way is making me feel insecure about myself as a leader.

So I want to ask multiple questions:

1. Have you ever encountered this problem?

2. How did you fix it?

3. What do you think I should do?

4. Is it just my Community or me?
