My target 45kg succeed

When the time I study my weight only 45kg..until I start work and wear slack tro..until my mum say I don't have butt..but for me is ok..men also no butt..then after I start working n my mum cook my favorite dish n at night my sis can't finish the dish I clean it all insert my stomach..then I start gain weight..become 50kg..then become 55kg..until my colleague say I'm fat..my fat all will at my face..my chin..my stomach..n my shoulder..I can feel I'm fat..so I decide to loose my weight by start exercise..busy finding youtube teaching the easy exercise without use many energy..n didn't use a lot of time..but at last I give up..even tht is simple exercise coz I didn't see I loose my weight..so I change my method..my rice become small portion even tht is my favorite dish..I control myself..n doing some very very simple exercise moving all my body..but I still everyday weight myself to see my weight..but sad..my weight still maintain up n down..so I don't want to measure my weight anymore..n I continue eatting half of rice..n some simple exercise..after few months I take my weight again n it's drop until 49kg or 48kg..before surgery my weight is around 47kg..the fibroid 1kg..now I become 45kg..at last I achieve my target..but now still in recovery after the surgery uterus..advice for me if u are still single and age 30 over pls go n check ur body if got fibroid or not..who single is easy to get fibroid..dc got say don't want fibroid go marry with a men..but sad..I'm choosing to be single..so I get fibroid..I think many reasons fibroid come..stress..food..environment..so all my dear friends pls take care urself n 1 yrs pls check up ur body..may god bless u all.. :raised_hands:
