Hello and welcome back to the

galaxy, I’m your host and Club

Leader, Theodore. Today, I’m

back with a club update for you

all. Lets get right on into it!

As stated above, as of now I will

now be taking on the role of

Club Leader. This essentially

means I will be handling the

majority of things related to clubs.

Note this does NOT mean the clubs

will be associated directly with

staff. Clubs will still be ran by

and presidents still have

the same freedoms over their clubs

as they did previously.

As Club Leader, my goal will be to

keep clubs organized and active,

assist with mod related issues,

answer questions, go through

applications, and help organize

collabs between clubs/staff, as

well as update the community on

all club related topics.

There is no current plan to create

a larger team at this moment, but

if there ends up being one I will

keep you all updated regarding

that. For the time being please just

come to me regarding any questions.

Please keep in mind this is a

relatively new position and thing

we are trying. Noting that, I will be

entirely honest in saying I have near

no clue what I’m doing, how this will

go, or where I’m going to eventually

be taking this.

What I can say though, is that I’m

more than willing to listen to your

guys’ ideas and suggestions.

I’m aware of how things are with

clubs as I have a club I’m the president

of as well, and I’ve already been in

with clubs for some time prior

to this promotion.

My goal with this isn’t to make drastic

changes, but to improve what we

already have. With that being said,

I’m more than willing to listen to your

guys’ ideas and suggestions. Please

feel free to leave your ideas in the

comments or fill out this form.

As stated above one of my tasks

will be to help assisting with club

collabs. This means helping to

organize clubs, approving club

events or challenges, and etc.

The collabs can be done among

themself or in collaboration with

a staff team; either way I will be

assisting with organizing and

helping promote these collabs,

as well as the one to approve them.

The same goes for any challenges

or events! I will be assisting in

organizing, promoting, and

approving any future events and

challenges brought by any of

the clubs.

There is now an official application

post made which you can find

here. This post includes the

requirements, questions, and the

tag #ClubApp, which is another

way we will use to find new clubs.

For the time being, new clubs may

take a bit to accept as I work on

organizing everything at the moment.

It shouldn’t take long but please be

aware that I may not be able to get

to the new apps at the moment.

This does not mean you can’t post

new apps, it just means you may have

to wait a bit before hearing back from

us! Apps that have already been

posted will not need to worry about

using the new application form

UNLESS you receive a message

informing you that you are missing

information.

The side menu has been edited a

bit! While the use of it is the same,

I’ve changed the wording to make

it a little less confusing. Here’s

what it looks like now!

While there’s no plan to add any

new categories at the moment, feel

free to suggest new ones and we’ll

consider it, though of course, no

guarantee.
