            ✦How long you've been using LGBT amino

           I've been on LGBT amino almost for10 months

      till now .It would be one year in January.im the

      here from 2018 but for a reason i had to delete my   .then came back oct.2019.but now I'm regular  

            here, and interestingly not going anywhere : )

    ✦Tell us a bit about yourself including your flaws!

   Hey all, my name is Anni.Im from India. pronounce as   

   She/Her.Age 31.m a single mother, a freelance textile

       designer. Sexuality lesbian.well it was all basic info

     about me now about my personality , I'm the person

    very sensitive but with strong will power, people say

     im a responsible,kind,and soft person.well i love to

      help people, so always ready for that. That's true i

was not socially active for past two months but now im

  coming in my form.i love to write and people say my   

                       writing and detective skill is good :v: 🏼

                 Along with writing i love to drawing and   

  painting,listen music and dancing.Planting and keep

  my around clean. love netflix and a big fan of sci-fi and

             woman empowerment shows and stories.

My flaws are I don't like to cook, which my family don't

       like. And main thing i think I don't fit with today's

    youngster's thought,but can understand them very

                  well,bc im really an open minded person

                                             but with ethics.

      can offer to the team. Why should we choose you?

  I would like to be a curator bc since im here, i saw this

       community and its guidlines/rules, and the very

            pleasant thing people or i must say

              of this community including me follow each

                  n every single rule,i have never seen this    

                                before in any community or

                  organisation.I really have much respect

and happiness to being part of this amino . don't know

                 about others but i got so much from here,

              and its like my second home ,feel like a safety     

        around me all time and so that its my duty to keep    

         safe my family and i want to protect my home as a   

              guard. And bc as per my habit of helping my

                     people ,want to help them with their  

                             problems.i love the ethics and

politeness of staff here and want to became like them

          responsibility can make a person nicer n nicest,

              its my thinking. So want to serve amino as a    

                            helper of staff here , and want to    

                                 becaome a part of them to

                                     make comfortable and

                  safe all here in this safe home.

     ✦ Have you ever broken a community guideline?

                                         If yes, explain briefly.

Well i hv never ever broken a community guidelines in

my knowledge, but out of my knowledge i did, i got

        strikes but it was so quick, and i was surprised

                even I didn't talk to anyone from two days   

                         neither in my gc nor in my pm , and

                                may be it was true reason but i

                        have never break any rule here,even

                       I can't.and i only have seen here that if       

            someone bully and say bad word we can report

                      and block them and tell to leaders here

                         so no chance to argument with other

                             one .anyway i got strikes and then

                                   my gc were worried

                 and one of my co host talked to leader and

            then after my strike over leader said me to talk     

        to her and she looked into this matter really nicely  

          and im really thankful to her :) that's why i really    

                appreciat all staff personally. I really respect    

                  here's rule from the day one and consider

                          if we are safe here,its bc of Amino's

                                   nice guidelines so how can i

                                           break our own safety.

『1』   You are the only one online. There has been a  

            small swarm of trolls that have just entered the

     community. One is spamming the feed and the other

             spamming chats with innapropriate content.     

                               What is your course of action?

   As per my responsibility i would talk to those s in

       private chats and tell them that they are breaking

                 Amino's guidelines which is not tolerable

               and tell them to stop to do this.and i would

   immediately disable the post and tell to for this

  disability of their post and would tell them if they can

        correct ,it can be repost.but if they would do that    

          again and will not stop i would warn them to get

                        banned to breaking amino guidlines.

『2』       You have disabled a post for being  

  considered spam.They are not happy, and are starting

to harass you and call you names. How do you handle

                                                  the situation?

I would deal with this situation very calmly.and i would

    tell that member why their post is disabled and why

     post considered as spam.i would try to make them

     sure the post was against to amino guidelines and

       what was inappropriate in that. And how can the      

           make appropriate and will tell them after     

       correction they can repost the same so its not to   

     worry .If they would understand this then well or if  

they will continuesly do this ,i think i must have to talk

              to leader about this bc they are senior and

experienced with these situations and i would be new

                                                  for now but

            time to time i would get to know to handle this

          situation with all my action if leader would allow

                          me,with last option too hopefully.

『3』   You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an

altercation between 2 or more . What's your

                                              course of action?

        First i would ask them to stop the conversation or

            would tell them ,they can talk in private but in

  appropriate way. And secondly i would have look into

              chat and would ask them to delete that chat

                   comments where these placed.or third

   action I would do is remove the that chat/comments

   my self and And until the matter cools down, I would

    hide the member's profile temporary from the chat

        conversation and keep an eye, and would make

                                     sure they can again.

『4』   A member is asking for your help with a situation

                  in their PMs about someone asking sexual/

  innapropriate things and or sending them. They have

        evidence to their claim. What do you do?

  I only would have two options,one is with i would tell

             the member to go to a leader with evidence..   

       other is i would ask that member for evidence they

     have and send it to me. And then i would warn that

     person who is saying sexual/inappropriate things.

But if they would do it again repeatedly i would tell to

  a leader Bc the rights to ban a profile will not be mine

                       but only the leaders.i only can hide .

『5』 What would you do if you had a fight with another   

                                                        curator?

   First, fight is not my kinda thing,i always avoid fights

     until next person doesn't cross the limit.. second I

   don't think any of this community staff would argue

         with any matters with anyone.but yeah we are

               humans can be happened.i that situation

i would talk to that curator in private kindly. And would  

    try to solve matter and calm that curator down. And   

   would try to understand them and would make them

                              understand. And i would sure

                                  it won't go so far and open.

『6』What would you do if you had a fight with a leader?

  If i would stuck with this kinda situation , I would sort

   it calmly and try to consider leader and would try to

         make them understand my point of view . But i

   understand if they are leader ,they know everything

much Better then me as per their experience . So what

   they would say n decide i would consider. I only can

     say opinion of my side.so fight would be finish by

    itself .and i would make sure to keep environment

                friendly n nice .and would keep all private.

『7』 What would you do if a member has been posting

about sensitive topics, such as suicide, or depression?

    First of all i would see that they have posted these

      kinda stuffs with any trigger warning or not..if it

             wouldn't be with trigger warning, i would disabled that post and would tell the member to put a

trigger warning in post and within amino guidelines.

  And will tell them if there is any positive message in

                     post after all only then they can post.

『8』 You get a report a member of staff is abusing their

           power. How would you approach this situation?

   I would message the member in private and remind

      them that we are here to protect safe to all amino    

          all and amino guidelines,If we would

           abouse our powers then what is the motive to

              be in staff.and i would tell to a leader too bc

              they have rights to know about this matter.

『9』     You see a chat/post with people saying negative

                      things about staff/a certain staff member

                                               what do you do?

    I would do a private chat with and would

        tell them to stop to do these appropriate things

                    i would tell them it is against to amino

                             guidelines. And would tell them

            member to talk to the staff member privately

                       with peace with who they have issues.

                  and yeah surely i would disabled the chat.

『10』       You see a curator leaking information to a

                                  member. What do you do?

       Well if there would be a situation like this ,i would

               stop curator and would do it in private chat,

                i would make sure they would understand.

                      And of course would tell a leader with

                                  evidence like screen shot .

                  I always keep screenshot of everything .^^
