it hits, maybe the last few months were fine and you were fine with your body, maybe even content, but not truly happy.

it hits like a wave, it feels as if your drowning water fills your lungs; you can’t breath.

then you feel it the pain in your chest, when you feel like your not ing well enough, like you’ll never be the person you want to be.

you fell gross, dirty, and everything in between.

you feel something, something different, almost like warmth in the cold blizzard, almost like a warm smile telling you your ing good today!

almost like your parent using correct pronouns, a correct name.

maybe that cold, suffocating dysphoria can leave you alone for the most part and the time being.
