Disappointment.

:exclamation: WARNING :exclamation: : Mention of Suicide, Self Hurt, and Depression.

It stares me in the face, cold and sadistic.

It satirizes me in the cruelest way.

It calls itself life, pessimistic and realistic,

And it makes me question:

Why do I keep trying?

I open my mouth to speak,

But my words freeze in my mouth.

It laughs at me, calls me a freak,

And all of my work, goes down south.

And everytime,

When it's my turn to take the spotlight,

I fail, and all that comes after is a small sigh.

Say it's bad luck,

Say it's just life.

Whatever you say,

I want to take the knife.

I want to say goodbye,

I just want to know if I had a life...

But my insticts tell me no.

My pulse keeps beating,

And profile keeps low.

For some reason,

I keep on pushing,

Because I know,

That one day I will succeed.

That one day, I will sow,

Wherever my path may lead.

"I just need a little time..."
