I'm again here with my another challenge entry

this time for #DreamHouse

i hope it would be great journey to my dream house

┈⌠First let's know what is A Dream house ⌡┈

According to me (what i feel)

We cannot buy the house that's called Dream house

if we will think practically

but if we have ion,

strong will power and hard working

then we can make it true house

And I'm sure one day i will design in real :)

now give me permission to tell you

about my dream house

let me first give a short summary of my house

I'm going to add some rooms according to needs and requirements.

Rooms like Living room,three bed room attached with bathrooms ( my and partner's /gf room, daughter's room, guest room -for my and my partner's family) Kitchen, dinning area, study room, A balcony room, A gym , An Art studio.

i will explain all rooms one by one.

i have some furniture in my mind ,

i will love to add.i have seen .

i will put the favourite hex colours of my ,my partner's and daughter's choice on wall and marvel on floors.

If you do choose paint, what style of paint do you want, Matte? Gloss? etc.

somewhere matte bc my daughter like matte and somewhere gloss.depends on choice and colour shade

colors in images are my favourite colors

This could be either the price of the house - how much you would sell it for if you were to sell it.

Or just the value you think the interior and exterior design will cost if you did design your rooms like this!

well As it is my dream house, there is no way of selling it.

but yeah i will value the interior and exterior during visit my dream house though I don't want bc dreams have no price .

What rooms would these be placed in and where would they be placed? Is there a reason they are placed there?

First let's come in from main gate.

as everyone knows it is the first place to get enter

Cost

the cost of around 94$ per foot and it is made of 6 foot. total cost is around 568$

and then we will go inside into the lawn ,which is very well maintained and gives the path to the garage and first room's door.

from first room's door ,which belongs to the the porch where are stairs to go first floor.

Cost

door --------338$.

The main part of my dream house ,where me ,my partner/gf and daughter can sit together and can chillout like a cinema hall.

Here we have some furniture of my choice and some electronic goodies.And lights on ceiling making this room awesome.it would be completely with sounds like cinema theater.

As you can see some art show pices that's are for free bc i made it lol . Yes, of course i can make as artist ^^

Now come to the first bedroom attached bathroom.This is my and my partner's/gf's bedroom.

Which is decorated according to choice of both of us.

I love the decoration on the art base.

so there is art pieces everywhere

Let's come to the second bedroom attached bathroom and lobby area inside.this is my daughter's bedroom.This room is decorated as per her choices.

she wants tv on ceiling,water bed,a sofa in her bedroom.

Let's come to the third bedroom attached bathroom, this is a guest room or a room for my /my partner's family.there is a bed,side table,lamp,a tv, a cupboard.there is some art work on walls.

now let's come we will have some coffee.btw which coffee you prefer hot or cold :')

yeah you got right now we are in kitchen area

the most important area

i love kitchen though i don't love to cook haha

but my daughter love to cook

one day she will cook all type tasty food

Cost

it is fully modern kitchen

so i had to spend 25% of total cost

of the complete house.

so difficult to explain every expenses

now let's come to the relaxed and peaceful

area of my house.

ahhh this area is on number one in my list .

First the internal lobby with

sofa / bed,and other facilities

just opposite to swimming pool.

awesome look with plants

swimming pool is in back area of house.

between swimming pool and the lobby

there is a glass made door.

The view is so awesome when we are resting .

other stuffs -----475$

now come with me to study room and gym

Study room is for my partner

bc she loves to study

more and more peacefully

this is a library also.

gym is for me,

i love work out and be fit

Now come in last room

I've added a room as i always wanted

my Art room/studio

here i do my art , bc i love make art and craft

and this is my wish to have a big room for my art stuff.

i want to put exhibition of my art .

i have plan to sell them from home

it has somany things

so it has different cost's thing

so this is my dream house
