A Little About Myself

I am 13 years old (I get told I look and act a lot older than I am), I'm Pansexual/Demisexual and Gender-Fluid. My hobbies include: reading, watching anime/TV shows, drawing, and I'm on my phone 90% of the time (I have a problem...), I love to practice my Archery, and I love to hang out at my Aunt's house. I'm from the south, so I have a thick redneck accent. Things I'm afraid of/hate: Elevators. Yes it's a little odd, it's a clastrophobic thing, and I don't like the fact the don't have windows. My Schedule

I think this is important to include, so you know what times I am active.

I wake up at 6:00 a.m, I will be at school from 7:30 a.m to around 4:00 p.m (this is when I get home), sometimes I'll have chores, but I usally get on my phone when I'm done, and I go to sleep anywhere between 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (this is all Central Daylight Time)

A Few Creative Challenges I Came Up With

I was thinking about a Photo Challenge. Like give a topic everyday of a week and everyone post a picture according to the topic (and have a hashtag for it to find the posts easier), I was thinking this could be applied to books too, or anything really. Another I was thinking about, we could have everyone post their coming out story's (or for those still in the closet, how they plan to come out), on National Coming Out Day October 11th

What I Think Makes A Post Feature Worthy

I think for a post to be feature worthy, it needs to have good content. Something that has good, descriptive detail. Or even something that just gets straight to the point. I think that if a post is feature worthy, the author probably should have put some time and effort into the post they have made.

Why I Want To Be An Editor

I think this is a good opportunity for me. I've wanted to take on a bigger role on this app and I think this is a great opportunity to try for one. If I became an editor I would devote as much time into this role as I possibly can.

What I would do if I caught one of my fellow editors plagerising?

Well, I would simply call them out on it (in a private message of course. I wouldn't call them out in the comments). If they say they did not I would simply link the original post and ask them to take there copy down, or at least give credit to the original poster. If they still refuse, I will report them and their post for plagerism, and the original owner of the post and tell them about it. (I would do this to anyone, not just other editors by the way)

What would I do if an argument gets heated in the comments of one of my posts?

I would take this one of two ways. I would either one: help sort things out, and try to see ways going on and being said, or two: ask them to move it to a private message, and not on my post.

What would I do if my post is called offensive?

This one's simple. If I know my post is going to be offensive to someone I will place a warning in the first or second paragraph of my post. But in the idea that I forget, and someone tells me my post is offensive, I will ask them why they think my post is offensive, and ask how to improve it. If I agree with their ideas, I will go in and edit the post. But I will only do that if I forget to mention the post might be offensive. If I do mention the fact it might be offensive, I will tell them that I gave a warning, and to ignore my post.

What Would I Do If Someone Was Trolling the Comment Section Of One Of My Posts?

This ones simple. I would ask them to leave my post alone, and if they don't I would report them.

What Would I Do If Someone Gives Me Notes/Ideas On How To Improve My Post And I Don't Agree.

Well, first off this probably won't ever happen. I'm always up for new ideas, opinions, or suggestions on how to improve my posts, I try to ask for ideas and opinions. But in the idea that I don't, I would tell them that I don't agree with what they were saying, and I would tell them why.
