My name is bell or Bella, I'm your usual 18 years old gal. I live in Lebanon therefore my timezone is GMT+3. And I go by they/them. I enjoy reading and writing and of course watching anime or kpop. :joy:

Well actually I have always ened making posts, but since I entered the journalist team, I found it even more enjoyable, making the aesthetic the ideas the posts and just creating all those ideas and introducing people to so many new information really brought me excitement. I discovered that this is something that I genuinely want to do, writing has always been my ion and I think this can be a great opportunity not only to be able to actually do something I love but to also bring joy and fun to other people through the challenges and posts.

I chose this one because I love poetry and writing and this particular one was one of my first posts to be featured so I'm really proud of it. I think the aesthetic and general look is good, of course there's always room for improvement but I think it's acceptable.

I chose this one because it was quite fun actually, making the mood board was very entertaining and I think it useful since it teaches other people how to do mood boards as well. I like when posts have a mix of fun and information. Learning can be fun too if done right :joy:

Now I know this is a controversial topic but then again controversial topics are made to be discussed and debated(not by fighting lmao), and I like to create an open safe place where people can enjoy sharing their thoughts and ideas peacefully and benefiting from each other.

I believe aesthetics are as important as the content, eventually your eyes sees before your mind reads so it should be neat and nice. I personally like when the background and picture match the headers and borders and you get the sense of a connected post overall. The content should be interesting and creative or informative. I like to always add a bit of humor to lighten up the mood ofcourse that depends on the seriousness of the topic in hand.

Well now is your chancing do bring those imaginations to reality! In this challenge you need to create a show, with its own characters, plot, and place, it can be anything, your mind is your only limit. You can be the main character or anyone else. That's up for you to decide.

1. You catch one of your fellow editors plagiarizing, what do you do?

I would privately tell a leader immediately, it's not my place to handle the situation any further and I can't really do anything else.

2. An argument gets heated in the comment section of your post, what do you do?

I would see what's it's about and try to sort things out in the beginning, if that doesn't work then I'll delete the comments that are starting to get offensive or none-friendly. If the member goes any further then I would tell a curator or a leader.

3. One of the posts you've made is being called triggering or offensive, what do you do?

I would check what the issue is and see the problem, then I would just edit my post and add a trigger warning. If it is seen as offensive then I would edit the offensive part and change it.

4. There is a troll in the comment section of one of your posts, what do you do?

Delete the comments and issue a warning. If it goes any further then I would tell a leader or a curator. Not much else can be done tbh.

5. Someome gives you notes on what you need to improve on your post that you don't agree with, what do you do?

I would debate about those parts and try to prove my point of view while still remaining open to receive others point of view. I love compromising so I would definitely try and find some middle grounds where we are both satisfied with the post.
